It isn't one of those regular sweetmeat outlets that merely serves colourful sweets, it serves some peppy items that makes meeting friends and family members enjoyable. The morning club kachauri and the crunchy jalebis will make your day. Have it during morning walk adda or bring them home to savour with family.
This place situated just opposite of kankurgachi Pantaloons shopping mall. In the evening so many people visited here to take one cup of tea & lit a cigar to fresh the mind & gossip with friends at the time of returning from office, returning from coaching, school, college, but in night phoolbagan police rate here for illegal parking for 2 wheelers
The chai is perfect. You can understand by watching the crowd outside making a joyous view. The location is prime. I don't know about the snacks as I hadn't have any, but again - the Chai
Try lassi (sweet yogurt smoothie) or club kachori (fried cup size pancakes of white flour. Or kalakand. Milk cake is equally good. The owners have done really great job as holding the legacy. Despite so many bigger outlets nearby, it's reigning the local taste buds. Kudos
It is probably the oldest sweets shop in this locality. Their speciality is the attitude and behaviour of their staffs and the quality of their products.
Over hyped store. Behaviour of people is unhappy and rude. Cost is way more than the quality of the product. Still as nearby no good option is their so you can have some snack here.
Old renowned sweet and savouries shop. They are famous for the club kachorie, apart from that the Lassi is a must try. They sell raw condensed Milk solid (Khowa) which people bring at home to make sweets at home, I would say it's just the pur & best in town.
I haven't try any thing from. Haryana sweets but beside haryana sweets. One tea stall is their named churasia tea stall. I find it a best place to hangout and have a couple of tea. Pocket friendly. Beside that Dominos is there as well. Choursia tea stall we can get nimki, bread toast with butter n malai, coffee and the best is tea. Very day that sell Hugh amount of tea. Small cup cost rs7 and medium costs around rs13. But good quality milk tea.
A confectionery shop of high quality on CIT road near manicktala area. Though prise of products are on higher side but quality-wise they are mouth-watering.
The sweets as well as the namkins were too good.price was appropriate.quality & quantity both were good. & this shop is quite famous.even the bus stop is known by this shop name.
I just love this place.you can have a cup of tea and have chat with friends.you can have kachori, singara.which is fully veg.besides of hariyana sweets there are so many tea stalls.those are great in taste.loved it.
It is one of the oldest sweet shop in Kankurgachi area. They serves good quality Sweets like, Ladoo, Kalakand, Jalebi and Gulabjamun. They are offering package snacks also. As far as the quality is concerned they are really good but when it comes to service they are really lacking just like their old competition Nasta. On Weekends they are always understaff this is the big problem. My personal favorite is Lassi and Mug ka Ladoo. Must try according to me.
It is located on the opposite side of Pantaloon, phoolbagan. They provide very tasty sweets but prices are little bit high, though i recommend it to you that go for it & have a lots enjoy with sweets. (Sweets highly tends to Fat)
It is one of the best sweet shops in kakurgachi. Varities of sweets are available in reasonable price. Afternoon if you have appetite, choose PURI AND SABJI with hot JILEBI. Evening one should not miss famous DAHI BARA which is very delicious.
The place serves nice kachori and sabzi in morning. Lassi and sweets are nice too. However beware before buying Desi ghee laddoo in diwali. Sometimes they are little dry and the owner saves on ghee.
