Horrible experience. The staff, especially the Manager is extremely rude. I ordered veg rice and they provided non veg rice which was smelling. When I complained that they misplaced my order, the Manager insisted it's not their fault. He insisted that it's my fault, that I should have ordered correctly. The menu clearly had a green mark next to the item! It's cheap for a reason. They have zero ethics. The staff needs training.

Pity old outlet, service was not that good, food taste good.but upon asking on menu description no such response given. Portion size is very good for dine-in. But not same for take away.

Experience was okay okay.
Biriyani was pathetic, they should stick to authentic Chinese, which was comparatively better.

Food was fabulous. A tad disappointed with service as the stewards were busy gossiping, never came to ask for orders and service too was very slow. Bill came fast, though. Overall a mixed bag.

One of the best places for Chinese and continental food. The taste of the foods is delicious. Every single item is greatly prepared. Just love the foods.

By far one of the best restaurants in the locality. This offers very good Chinese and North Indian dishes. The ambience is nice and service was quite satisfying.

We had chicken Mongolian, special chicken & mutton biryani, tandoori chicken, kabuli naan, chicken tikka masala. All of them were delicious but the naan and chicken Mongolian were real standouts.

The portions were good enough and the price was not too much as well. In one sentence we loved being there and will surely be going back again.

Service capacity is very weak. Order time asked for 30 mins but we were waiting for 1.30 hrs. Very pathetic

On VIP road adjacent to Atithi Inn. Beside Golden Inn. Very good food. And most importantly they provide more than sufficient quantity. We ordered 2 plate mixed fried rice for 3 people. Still we had to take parcel of portion of almost one person.

Ok, price is bit higher compared to the food as a whole. Inside, the air is polluted, one can feel the moment mask is removed.

Located near 5-10mins walking from vip haldirams crossing. A family restaurant with good variety of food in the menu starting from chinese to indian.
Quality and quality compliments the price. And to be honest the price is pocket friendly coz you will get to eat enough of it.

Fantastic place to eat and dine. The quality as well as the quantity both are incomparable. Reasonably priced. Unable to mention separately as all the items are good. They have several branches but normally I visit the Triangular Park and the Teghoria Branch.

Not a fine dining restaurant. Small in comparison to other outlets of hatari. Good for family and Tasty food.

A best restaurant near Baguiati Big Bazar where you can sit and eat delicious food. The quantity and quality is sufficient and enough.

I tried their Mongolian chicken on 2017 as they told that it's their signature dish. Really it's too tasty & there was 8 pieces of chicken. I also tried their Chicken Biryani, it's not too much spicy by the way they shouldn't serve small piece of chicken in Biryani.
Recently We hv tried their Chinese Dishes though it's famous for their Chinese Dishes. Really every items were too much tasty. We ordered 2 Chicken Soup, 2 fried rice, 2 hakka noodle, garlic chicken, Szechuan chicken, Kung pao chicken as a main course & Mongolian fish as a starter. Every items come with 8 pieces. Quantity is sufficient for 7 people.

We ordered a Shahi pulao (good enough), Butter naan (really good), navaratna veg (not very good) and a chicken tawa masala (we were told this will be spicy and will go nicely with the Shahi pulao. Which was absolutely not the case. It was sour and sweet and didn't go well the pulao. Plus the chicken was chewy.)

My one of the favourite place to visit. Love the chinese it serves here. The baguihati branch is a bit smaller in space but not the quality of food.

I don't have to explain about this place. Everybody know about the charm of this place. Everyone knows about The authentic taste of the food that this place offer. In a simple words. HATARI rocks.

I went here at pujo and its a really nice place. The place is a little small and that resulted in a 1.5 hr wait for the food, but that's just the pujo rush. Its a nice homey feel restaurant with good quality good. Very average pricing for the food it billed mt around 1500 INR for 3 people which included starters and main course.so its overall a nice place to go

Always special when u crave for chinese. Quality and quantity is what they maintain. Special mention chilli lamb dry.

OTHER ITEMS LIKE FRIED RICE IS AVERAGE AND ONE ITEMS UNAN CHICKEN IS TASTY. BUT FOOD SERVED ARE HOT AND QUANTITY IS GOOD.
STAFF ARE ARE VERY POLITE AND CUSTOMER FRIENDLY.
ENVIRONMENT IS VERY GOOD.

I've always been fond of Hatari, this time it's opposite, no pork, no squid, no lamb even, very late service.

Foods are realy very good both in quality and quantity. They maintain proper safety rules for Covid. Sanitization and safe distance ing. Staffs are very polite and helpfull.love this place and wish to come again in future.

Any day anytime we visit Hatari baguiati branch, the food quality we find is the best. Just LOVED IT.

I will recommended to have Chicken Mongolian Dry as a starter.

Took my mother out for a lunch date and she loved it. If your family is into Chinese food this place deserves a visit. It's a really nice family restaurant and the prices are quite reasonable and can accommodate upto 30 people approximately
. Had one of clear chicken and mushroom soups which was absolutely top notch. For main course had mixed noodles and fish in wine sauce. The fish in wine sauce was too sweet for my palette, absolutely wouldn't recommend that, but the noodles was great. Heard they have good pork which you should give it a try.

THE FOOD IS AWESOME. MUTTON AND PRAWN DISHES ARE GREAT FOR ME. THE RICE IS EXTRAORDINARY. ONE CAN FIND ALL TYPES OF CHOICES ACCORDING TO THEIR TASTE. BUT THIS PLACE IS HIGHLY EXPENSIVE.

I rated 5 stars on 2017. Since September 2020, the food quality got decreased significantly for THIS PARTICULAR BRANCH. I suggest avoiding Hatari Raghunathpur branch till the food quality gets back to the quality it used to provide previously.

Very nice food in a reasonable price. And there all persons' behaviour is really good. Lovely food.

Food is good but staff behavior is pathetic. Unprofessional staff, not ready to help. I just asked to keep my luggage for 1 hour and they denied with the attitude you can't even imagine. I don't mind if they would have denied politely.

The restaurant is located between Joramandir and Teghoria, just beside Atithi Inn. The environment was comfortable. We ordered food for taking away. The order were veg hakka chowmin, Hunan chicken and golden fried corn. We consumed them after after coming home. I love the quality and I appreciate their quantity. One plate chowmin can be be shared by 2-3 people and same for Hunan chicken. I enjoyed every bit of their food.

The place is homely and food is light and not rich and tasty.and the best part is that North Indian dishes are there along with Chinese flavours

Location is very good, but interior n spaces is congested, food is average to good, price is high as per quality and quantity.

Chinese foods are great, in North Indian food I have only tried chicken tandoor and it was out of the world. Good choice for lunch and dinner meals.
