Very helpful staffs. I have arrived here with my brocken M100 at around 6: 30pm. The Office was closing, 6 pm is their closing time. Inspite of that, they took my request and received the printer. The next morning at around 11 am I got the call from assigned enginner telling me that the printer is up and working! What a fast service! I am very much thankful.

Hi. I am Dr Khurshid. I was facing lot of connectivity issues with my printer epson L3150. To one extend I wanted to sue them for their irresponsible attitude but one of their service personnel provided mobile number of Mrs Sompa whom I contacted and expressed my griveness. She promptly took the responsibility and sent a staff named Chiranjib. He was very good with sound knowledge. He sorted out all my issues. I am very happy and satisfied now. The place is located in a crowded lane in Chandni market, so carrying a printer in is troublesome. But service engineers are efficient and receptive, do not fool customers into changing parts that don't need replacement. Also there was option for payment by cards/e-wallets.
