Worst service ever. They took 40 mins to serve our order and that also not full order. Also refused for complimentary onion.

I have been to this place earlier but my last visit was not good. I ordered a couple of Chicken thali as the Mutton thalis were not ready and would have taken time. Fresh lime soda was served at room temperature with no ice available in the restaurant. Chicken Reshmi served in the thali tasted like a dessert. Papad was served in the beginning which was not cooked properly and turned soggy by the time we finished the meal and went for papad. To end it all, we were given finger bowls with cold water with an excuse that hot water is not available.
The entire experience was so unprofessional for a reputed restaurant.

I went to this place quite a few times. I think the standard has degraded recently. Yesterday I ordered mutton boti masala, the mutton pieces were chewy and gravy was quite spicy than usual level. Kashmiri Pulao was good. Service was prompt.

The very cosy authentic Punjabi cuisine. Want a late night gala dinner go there and you will satisfy your gut with elegance of Punjabi spice Masaala in succulent dishes of both veg and non veg. Well decorated without any insect flying cosy dine out close to Phulbagan metro station within 2 km and Giri park Metro abut 3 km well connected to Kolkata Airport served by bus service situated on VIP road near to Ultadanga Hudco crossing. One can reach by EMU train very close to Bidhannagar rail stn.
Enjoy every dish with Their special chutney and pickle which is totally free. Don't miss seasonal Sarso da sag Makke da Roti.

Biryani not good quality is very very down and chicken is not coock inside my experience is not good

Now come to the raste! Chicken pieces are super as per rate and biriyani is Very tasty.and the chicken in biriyani is.chicken chap gravy was super.

This is the second time we are visiting this restaurant and still this place gives a very fresh vibe. I got to know about this from my uncle who visited with his colleague one day. He informed that this placed serves a very taste food at a very cheap price.
We two friends decided to visit there. When we entered inside we thought we came to a very expensive place by watching there interior decore and siting arrangements.
When we saw the menu we found that my uncle was correct the food is cheap and when we taste it was tasty too. If you want to take something for your family then there combos are best. In cheap price you will a good quantity of filling food.
It's a must come from my side ;)

I ordered naan and chicken curry but the chicken is rancid.the hotel is just famous for its hype. Don't go there and sometimes they give good quality food but sometimes they give very bad quality food, I don't know how they do this type of stuff with her/his customer...

I had one of the best chicken biriyani in kolkata that I had ever tasted here at Honey Da Dhaba. Their large variety of dishes will make you feel confused to think what's to order and what's not to order.
Food quality as well as quantity, ambience, sitting arrangement, staffs all seem to be as expected.
The biriyani that I had contained one full sized potato, one huge chicken piece which was particularly very tender and adequate portion of nice, aromatic rice. One plate will feed 2 people at great ease.
The Chicken reshmi kebab was also mouthwatering.
Highly recommended one.

This place interior is very good very spacious, nice and cozy and food tastes so good, stuff behavior and serving is good. Most importantly the price is soo soo pocket friendly I ordered Naan chikhn salad and Lassi for two bill was 373 rupees.in this interior, in this ambience that bill was so pocket friendly. Very good restaurant will like to visit again and again.

If I could. I could have given the restaurant 0 starts.the owners behaviour was so rude.and food was ok ok.as per cost they serve 0%taste food. Very disappointed.

The Location of rhis restaurant is near Ultadanga. The food and dining was very Lovely. The Nice and Healthy behaviour of staffs as well as cheap rates of the food added more taste to the Food. Definately Recommended and must try out here once

The place is quite good but the Puja special menu was kind of a too expensive. Overall the experience was quite good and the waiters were also very polite to us.

Whatever is the food quality and all the guy at the front door is too rude to tolerate. I went with my wife and daughter and said him that my dad is coming within 10mins and we would like to enter as soon as we get a slot. First of all he did not provide any expected wait time and kept on saying it can be anything so he does not want to provide any timing. Also he said once my dad comes then only we can go as if when customer orders their food they deliver right away without waiting at all. This guy did not even wear mask and taking guest names and all. When I asked to take my number and give call when my turn comes he did not take my number also and said we need to wait just infront. This is ridiculous and I am utterly disappointed with such unwelcoming and rude behaviour.

REALLY VERYY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH HONEY DA DHABA.
At First: The staff behavior is not good and then
Second of all: I ordered Aloo Dum and Vegetable Polao.
Alur_ Dum: Totally Sour. Don't know The Aloor dum was good or not.the Gravy was totally Sour And Tasteless Just I was Hungry I have Been ate.
Veg_polao: Just Above Average But paneer In the polao Not even Cooked well.

Overall a Horrible experience after visiting Honey da Dhaba I Will suggest Everyone not to visit here.

Food is great and you get them at super affordable prices.however, the service isn't that great because there r very limited waiters.so u have to wait a lot before and after giving ur order. My suggestion is to go there with ample time. Otherwise, the place is good

Never miss trying the kebab varieties in your visit to "Honey Da Dhaba", BTW I should mention, keep some space in your stomach for Main Course or you will be full with starters.

The place is located opposite to ESI Hospital Near Kakurgachi just beside the Main road. The food taste good. But they took quite a bit of time for preparing the food. The ambiance inside the Restaurant is good. Tandoori Chicken was very well prepared

Yesterday we had reached at 1.45 for launch & manager had said that we have to wait 1 and half hour for starter items. Nothing is ready.we have to leave this place with a large number of group.

They only give preference to the people those who order above 3000 or 4000 rs. Our bill was below 1000rs. We got our starter after 1hr, again after 1hr we got our main course. Also when we asked for desert they said its not available but we saw they are serving deserts to the people who came in large groups and had a lots of food. We asked for the explanation but got silly answers like they dont have time and all. Not at all professional and helpful. Even if you complain they dont care as we have a bill of less than 1000rs. Will never go again.

People is not responsive, Waiting at the Counter from 20 mints, people are gossiping inside but not caring customers at all and not giving any response, Very trusted restaurent but service and customer caring is gradually diminishing

Great place for family dining and friendly get together. The decor is authentic and the ambience was good compared to other restaurant near by. Sitting is quite spaced out and well ventilated. Price is moderate here.

The food was fresh and had flavours of India. This place serves only Indian and Mughlai, it does not serve Chinese or Italian.
Chicken Biriyani which was really Good.
Lahsuni Chicken Kebab is a must try.
Ferni here is also worth a try.

They have started working post Lockdown from 12 to 8. Takeaway and order facilities available till 12 a.m.

Only thing good here is taste and price which is good for takeaways but Dine-in is pathetic (or even less). Very low staff (behavior of staff is good). Behavior of the owner is hideous (baithna hai to baitho nai to dekhlo. Just bcoz AC is not working). Staff says AC is not working wherein Owner says there is a circular from municipal that AC is not allowed (either other restaurant should be penalized or correct circular should be sent to this restaurant). Make errors in bills (happened to me multiple times) and when asked to correct they deny to do it bcoz its already printed rather offer you to buy something else from there which is of no use. The owner claims that he owns around 7 more restaurants but their card machine never works (probably do not wish to pay the commission bank charges for using the machine or lazy to get that fixed). No UPI. NO DIGITAL PAYMENT at all. Only CASH which should be avoided during pandemic.

Home delivery is a far fetched issue. Only beyond orders above Rs 500 are getting serviced through home delivery. However, food is good

Often takes too long for the food; be it dine-in, takeaway or home delivery but food quality is commendable generally. Not always though.

Nice dhaba style place with good decor. If you are looking for Indian foods it's one of the best. Situated near Kankurgachi crossing it's a nice place to hang out with friends or family.

The food is not tasty at all. Along with this, the behavior of the staff is also not good.
It would be appropriate to call these people Tharki. These people do not know to respect the guest. I had a very bad experience with this restaurant. While I came from Delhi.

Third class tasting main courses, filled with baking soda - that results in bloating all day long. Very bad service and the decor is that of fine dining, not a dhaba.

I've always loved their food. Their North Indian food is the best part. Although a bit on the expensive side, but the quality of the food is what makes it up for. Staffs were cordial and take note of special requests.

I guess i went there last before 10-12 years ago. The ambience didn't changed same it is.
My favourite order (malai kofta) did have some change in taste as may be the chef is changed.

Food quality has deteriorated over time. It was a gem of a place but sadly time has taken it's toll.

They have different rate for the take away but when I ordered one they charged me the normal restaurant rate. There were two menu cards as well and I cud clearly see the price difference.the crooked manger tried to convince me. I did not want to create a scene there so I left paying the extra money. These buggers need a nice lesson.

The food they offer is totally unworthy of thre price tag they come with. I had my squad visit this restaurant with 2 Zomato gold ID. The food came at the pricy tag and the gold id's were not deal breakers. But we were very hungry so went with the usuals to play safe. 1 paneer and a chicken. ** Speaking about the food- the paneer was hard and seemed expired, for the chicken, the gravy was okay and the chicken pieces served were good on, may be our luck. So the overall experience was not at all great and it marked my last visit at the restaurant.

Verdict- The restaurant is not that great, nor is the location, ambience okay, veg poor, nonveg average
