Hotel Amaravati

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and attention to detail remains. The Staff is amazing and the rooms have been comfortable.

The only thing that needs to improve is the quality of food in there restaurant. This seems to be an issue at quite a few kimptons that operates the restaurant rather then have it run by an outside entity. Although we had room service twice and it was excellent.

We had paid for complimentary breakfast but they charged extra for some stuff we ordered. Also they don't have half of the things on the menu. The service staff and the food was excellent though

Good hotel for middle class people. Tarriff @ Rs. 2000/- and Rs. 400/- per extra pax. @ 3km away from NJP railway station.

This hotel is just apart from the heart of Siliguri city. I stayed there for 2 nights & had a great experience.

Good place. Good all. Receptionist treat us like. We are on a movie ticket line. Behaviour is not good at all

Nice hotel with parking space. Njp station is just 15min drive. Rooms are good. Location is awesome.

The worst hotel I have ever come across. They let 3 men into my room because the “guests” knew my name. The receptionist gave away my room number to the said guest because he knew him.

And when I wanted to checkout of the room within the hour because this incident was highly triggering and made me feel unsafe they forced me to pay the bill of the entire day and threatened to physically restrain my 56 year old mother and me. The entire hotel staff surrounded us and started shouting at us on the road.

Worst place, worst staff. They have put couples friendly in some of the booking apps such as booking.com. But later on denied entry saying they have a rule to not allow unmarried couples. They just called up on the day of checking saying the can't allow rooms. The manager had the worst behaviour. Never book in this hotel. There are far better hotels nearby.

Terrible experience, had to wait 1 hr despite coming in late (5pm). The reception guy was extremely hostile and during checkout i had to spend 15mins convincing them the booking was already paid the day before while my cab to airport was waiting.
The while hotel seemed very shady, down from a nice place it was a few years ago. Many alternatives available for the price they charge, go for any of those.

We stayed for a night do took budget king room. The room was small that's fine by me because it was only for one night, and the bed was pathetic, in the name of mattress they're providing what a pathetic thing, i don't even know what to call it but it's definitely not a mattress. The geyser was not working so we had take shower in ice cold water in the month of December, it was freezing outside. Just imagine. And for this they took 1800 including taxes for a night. I would not recommend this hotel. With this amount you guys will definitely find more good hotels in Siliguri with better amenities.

The hotel is located in prime location with all facilities around, NJP station is 3.2 kms. We’ll maintained and courteous staff. Rooms are quite small but clean. Food is descent. There is no complimentary breakfast. Tariff of approximately 1800 per night is beat on higher side considering room size, view, no complimentary breakfast.

Neat and clean, but food is too costly nd the quality is horrible. Staffs are helpful. AC needs to be serviced.

Rooms sub-standard and cleaning not of any standard and delayed. Since its kitchen was not operational, so no comments on that.

60-70 people easily get to gather in roof area, food taste is good. Need some improvement in room service side.

Good hotel with clean ambience, supportive staffs. Room is spacious, clean and nicely arranged. Food quality is ok, little improvement is required. Front office desk is well managed. Good accommodation with family and for business purpose. Situated well at roadside and easy to take local transportation if needed at any time during the visit.

I along with two of my friends stayed in this hotel on 24th Feb. All three of us after weighing pros n cons, came to unanimous conclusion that we shall again stay in this hotel, on our return journey, to Darjeeling n Gangtok So again on 28th Feb.
We checked in and had a comfortable stay again.
On each count, be it a behaviour of staff, sanitation, food, or room maintenace, or any other one, we have appreciation, appreciation n appreciation only. It is pertinent to add here that all three of us, received special attention, as being senior citizens. Hats off.

A very nice hotel with great ambience. Rooms are well decorated with proper accessories and furnitures. Staff are well behaved. Varieties of foods are available here with good food quality as well as quantity. Overall

This a basic hotel with an attached restaurant. And that restaurant is the problem. If you order room service it’ll take forever to get the food. Most inefficient and rude staff. Avoid this place if you’re looking to use the food service in room.

Well it's a mediocre place not too good neither too bad. Can book rooms at a reasonable rate and there's no problem with the outside guest

Very good hotel. But sometimes there are some differences on the food. Like last time we ordered a green salad, it did not come and then we ordered 4 plates of chilly chicken as we were 21 people there so instead there came a plate of chilly chicken and a plate of tadka

This place is located just 5 mins away from the beach. They provide good service at fair price. They also have cottage rooms rented for stay too, also with a separate dinning hall to dine in anytime.

Worst hotel. Water supply is also worst. I have faced twice while bathing and water tap dry.
Poor service from the desk. Please don't stay here it is my recommendation as I have got experience in one day stay here.

Rooms are good but TV in the room was for show. It didn't work for two whole days during my stay at this hotel from 9-11 February 2019. Even after repeated complaints they didn't care. Room service is also not prompt.

Much Costly if compear to same others.

Other hotel in Siliguri is better if book with oyo.

Too little place for marriage party. I attended a marriage reception but found it over crowded. Dining place is cramp with people

This is so very f**ing disappointing hotel that I booked for three persons.myself who understand local lang & two of my colleagues who only speak Hindi. The manager confidently spoke in Bengali, in front of us to his staffs that stay quite & ignore everything they say.the matter will get solved automatically.they took booking for three persons & gave us a room they call deluxe room suitable for three but the room is so tiny that not even a single person be able to accommodate.the bed is so tiny that yr leg will have to be spread outside the bread.one blanket is so dirty even railway blanket is cleaner.after payment we get to see this room.now there is no option but to pay extra 500 for upgrade.
Manager is so rude.bathroom is smelly.everything so tiny.even the room finishes after you take 10 steps from one end.

So so very disappointing.guys please stay away of this type of fraud hotels that traps people showing fake classy pics of their hotel rooms.
