Hotel Appolo Siliguri

Nice stay. I love to go back there. Location is perfect for people coming from kalimpong or Darjeeling and want to catch train in the morning. Cabs and totos are available all the time.

The service is pathetic. The restaurant does not have 80% of the items stated in their own menu. The ground floor toilet is dirty and some of the service staff need to learn manners.they are rude though they are unable to provide required service.

So I went with my family to appollo hotel and it was a very good experience I must say. Also the price is reasonable and rooms are good.

Being there after 10 years. And people still recognise u is a great thing. The property hasnt changed much. Its warm n cozy. Felt like all known peoole.felt like family. Good food. Rooms though needs n upgrade.but still spacious and clean. Service is great.

Good enough for a night's stay. Price is reasonable, food is good and location also good to start the program.

Outdated, clingy, highly non cooperative staff, dirty rooms. I like to give negative marking for staff attitude.

The rooms are spacious and nice. Just on the outskirts of Siliguri the hotel also has a restaurant.

I asked for a deluxe room. They quoted the tariff and i stayed for the night. Next day when i went to pay my bills, they quoted a different tariff which was higher than the original tariff. When asking for the details they said they gave me a super deluxe room which i did not ask for.
They did not notify me even once that i was staying in a super deluxe room and i am sure i asked the tariff almost 3 times during the time of check in.
These hotels lack the most basic things in hospitality business, that is customer satisfaction.
So i am never going to stay in this hotel anymore. Not because i had to pay extra but just because i was not at all happy while checking out.

Room is very clean people are very polite
But have to do better in morning breakfast

Stayed for few hours along with my friend before catching my train. The hotel manager saw our big luggage but didn't call the bell boy. Food is terribly over priced. We ordered butter chicken and tandoori roti. First the waiter said there will be 4 piece of chicken but we were delivered 3 pieces of chicken. When we were about to ask the waiter winked and said 3 pcs only. Toilet seat was totally broken. Kept as a show piece. We booked through make my trip and paid the full amount in advance. While checking out the guy from reception desk called us in a rude way in local language and asked money for another bill, raised by another family who already checked out before us. When my friend posted her review the hotel authority tried to escape saying she posted review for another hotel in this page.

Don't try to do that in my post. This review is very much for hotel Appolo in Siliguri as shown in the pic. We stayed there on 18th Oct for 6 hours (1.30pm to 7pm approx). Room 209. Please don't write that I also posted some other hotel's review in your page. That will force me to share the bill snapshot and review in other medium.

Worst hotel. Horrible experience. I booked Hotel Apollo through EASEMYTRIP.
A person named “Mridul Das”, apparently the manager or his assistant was very rude to us at the check in desk when we said that we have a booking in the hotel.
Even on producing the booking details on our phones, he behaved in a very bad way to us saying that they have no tie up with EASEMYTRIP and also, they didn’t let us check in.
Later, when I called easemytrip care Number, they said that our booking is confirmed.
The hotel authorities behaved in a very very bad way. Probably the person at the counter didn’t know how to check e-mail, and how to see the booking.
Overall a very bad experience. Don’t ever book that hotel

It's a decent place to stay for the night. Decent rooms available. The room does come across as stuffy but just let some air in and all will be decent. Do not expect good room service here. Just don't. It's not at all good. And they won't even apologize for the delay of services and make sure they charge their money coz obviously it's money. Lol. The main market is walking distance. And Hong Kong market is about 15 minute. I personally don't think will be staying in this hotel anymore. But good luck!
