Hotel Asian Guest House (Krishnagar)

Prime location A Completely English Medium School With Modern Facilities and Homely Atmosphere.

It is guest house for travelers.good guest house in krishnagar.it is near the krishnagar old bus stand.to reach the guest house, 2/3 min walk from krishnagar bus stand.the atmosphere is good and quite. I and my family have stayed here for two nights.the guest house is clean and decorative.toilets are also clean but the rooms are not very big.it is good for family, friends and relatives.my experience is good to this guest house

Our experience of staying in this hotel is very very poor.

1. We booked our hotel 3 months prior to our stay. The owner / manager told that they have paid car parking adjacent to the hotel which will cost 70/- to 100/- per day. Now when we reached he was not ready to provide the parking initially, later he arranged one very poor parking for my car and asked to pay Rs. 600/- for 3 nights. Shame!

2. At the time of booking he told that if we order for food they can arrange that. Now when we reached the hotel, the staffs told that they can only arrange Tea / Coffee, nothing else. And the quality of that tea and coffee was very very poor. Shame!

3. For 3 nights he took Rs. 6500/- + 780/- as GST. Now when we enter into the hotel they gave me a small slip of money receipt, nothing else. Now at the time of exit when I asked for the GST bill then only they provided me that. That means, if the customer does not ask for the GST invoice, they will simply take extra money from you in the name of "GST" which is a Criminal offence.

4. Room was very very small compared to the money they are taking.
They have not provided soaps in the bathroom.
Glass to drink water is not there.
They have television in the room which does not have any sports channel to watch.
They have their WiFi which is very poor.

5. Their exit time from the hotel was 10 am in the morning. Now, because of some emergency we were late. We were late by 1: 30 hour. At around 11: 30 we left the room. Now because of this late, the words that the manager / owner told me was not acceptable. My wife and I travelled a lot throughout India and out of India as well and that is why we used to stay in so many totels. But the poor behavior I experienced that day from the owner was unbelievable.

If anyone is trying to stay in Krishnanagar, I will suggest to avoid this hotel. There are a lot of good hotels in the city.

A very comfortable stay!
After reading a few negative reviews, I was a bit apprehensive before booking. So I called the owner and after the conversation I decided to book a room.
I stayed here with my husband. It is very conveniently located with transport available (mainly Toto) during normal hours.
The room was well maintained and clean. We were provided clean linens for the bed as well.
Although we did not have food, the pricing was pretty moderate.
They have options of free parking on the road as well as paid parking in a garage beside the property.
The behaviour of the staff was extremely polite and very welcoming.

Last night I was say in this hotel. Location was good. Through was main road it take 2-3 min maximum time. Overall service was good. But room size was too small. Kindly lookout on this matter.

Really really bad experience.if i get any optn to give negative rating i will give that.i suggest every person dont book dis hotel.staff behaviour is bad, for every thing they ask for money.i booked dis hotel 10days before my stay and they took the advance.bt they ask the full payment after 5 mins of checkin.staff nature are so bad and the owner behaviour is so so pathetic.

Hi Dear owner and manager, it was my fault to not read the reviews and step into your hotel. Don't write reply with your fake reviews. We have agreed with all the policy, you should please be little nice to the customer. What you di? Inspite of paying your bill you asked us to leave your hotel in the middle of the night? ! A whole family? I am ashamed why I stepped there. Seriously, even your locality people are laughing at your service even they said "Madam you should have gone through the reviews it happens ofently in Asian Guest office" You said us to leave and it was your call. What else a person can expect from you and the managers? ! Please Note- Every customer has right to write the review, it doesn't mean you will ask them to leave in the middle of the night and harras with other 5 members. Worst ever experienced in this hotel with one of my female frnd. Owner throw out them in middle of night with their family members. It really bad.very very bad experience for her and her family. Please think before booking this property from anywhere.

Hello all! It is 11: 45pm in a rainy night that i am writing this review, standing on a road with our luggage, my family, consisting of my parents, sibling & one kid. First of all, I know soon this review is being read, it will get a response & actually a genuine review is what gets the staff on a disrespectful mode here. We were in need of a good hotel in the locality hence at evening 5'o clock we checked in here in a price that's quite high as per the lodge & it's service. We stayed there for 2hrs, kept our bags there & soon as we were heading to my relative's place where a ceremony was being held, the manager in a "good" "Very respectful" Manner ordered us to come back by 10pm, the manner the words were spoken by this man was no less than a hostel warden & yes we were paying! He could have been polite with his customers but the way he spoke was upsetting, as a response & as a customer, my family member wrote a review & we left. Soon after we came in, the manager just broke in & in a very disrespecting way spoke to us, harassed us for giving one star review for this wonderful service but his was not all, he & his 4 other staffs screamed at us in a foul language & asked us to go out middle of the night plus took his phone out & recorded something on it, I don't know what came in there. Even I could have recorded their behaviour but since I had my family & it was too late at night, I moved out. However I would want people to take a strict step.
Lastly, As a customer it's our right to give our honest reviews & this is not the way one manager should behave! We have lived in many places & hotels gave good reviews but this one is the worst place I have ever lived. & yes we took the money back!
I think it's my fault that I stepped in this guest house. Even the neighborhood people have agreed with us regarding these people's behaviour. I would totally not recommend anyone to opt this place in any condition. This kind of behaviour with a family, with women having a child is just bad. & yes a response would soon pop up. Thank you

It is a budget hotel for middle class family. Bedsheets & pillows are not upto the standard. There is no fooding arrangements in the hotel. The hotel authority supplies food from a nearby restaurant which is of low quality. Rooms are not cleaned every day.

Average place, not lavish but okay considering the price they charge. The only pain was we got a room on the top floor but the hotel doesn't have a lift. Avoid rooms on ground floor.

Room was large and comfortable. Service decent. You need to pre-order your food. Don't expect anything fancy, but they got the basics right. We had a fantastic anda tarka and tawa roti.

This guest house doesn't allow you to check in or entry if you come after 11pm. They are very inhuman non professional behaviors you need to stay on road if you come after 11pm.

The hotel rooms are very small. There is no way to pass air. Bathroom was clean but shower and flush was not working. From Krishnanagar Rail Station. You have to take Toto (10 mins) to reach the hotel.

Staff and owner behavior are good. But compromising to room rent with room quality and cleanliness is not good. It could be better. They served home cooked food so it is better for health. Positive side is that near to bus stand.

A very decent well maintained guest house. Rooms and linens are neat and clean. Staff and owners are helpful.

I with my family hired a deluxe room for 2 nights. Room was spacious, with a cleaned washroom. It was a nice and comfortable stay for us of 3 members there. Staffs are very courteous. The owner is a good person.

Place is conveniently located. Lunch served gave feeling of ' home made '. Rooms, bathrooms need maintenance. Staff is co - operative & courteous. Management promptly attended to our needs. Is okay for 1 night stay

I hired one room for one night. The rooms are quiet good. AC heater all U will get. Washroom properly cleaned. Hygiene well maintained. But the price is bit higher. Location very good. Only 5 min from busstand. Car parking available. Environment good. Food not good the only disadvantage. Overall I gave 4 star. Good.

Please avoid this place. Room quality is very very poor. Rooms are damp. Food is not available. If you at all need to stay in Krisnagar please try Haveli or Astha Midway. Avoid this plac3. Staff is also ill mannered.

The tap water is heavily contaminated with iron and the rooms are filthy. Sorry but that's the truth. The location is near the bus stop which is an advantage.
