Ac remote not working. Bed very bad it's not comfortable.room service not good.bathroom condition not good.

The manager was very kind and very supportive and cleaning is done everyday and the taste of the food is great

Incomplete amenities. AC does not function well. TV DTH is not recharged, Says it will be done in the morning.
But takes advance payment. Shows they know they have incomplete service.

People are polite and well-behaved, breakfast was also well served, rooms were clean and spacious too.

Customer loyalty is zero and they think that just because there rates are reasonable, they just done care.
There manager is foolish and the receptionist doesnt know how to serve their customers

Good hotel I like it. Pleasant stay. It also has restaurant and it is medium bill restaurant. Only the stuff members are not so polite. They talk a little rudely

Check in to hotel if you are ready to fight with worst smell of bed bug pesticide, and bed bugs.hell with it.

It is situated in Krishnapur Baroaritola Main road, good space for Marriage or any types of occasion (But I think around 100 to 110 persons are allow at a time for this space not more then)

Great infrastructure. Good rooms. Spacious. ACs well placed to ensure maximum cooling throughout. Parking space is a concern though. It's too limited. Max 5cars and 10-12 bikes

Hotel's banquet is good and big. They do provide 9 car parking. But negative part is they could not provide us rooms in hotel even when asked it prior to 1 month of our required date although they committed to give us rooms prior when we book the banquet. Second negative part is they did not allow us to stay in the banquet over night which we were in need. Since most of the Bengali marriage take whole night to complete.

It offers hotel room as well pg also.
Very cleaned pg rooms as far as I know.
They offer rooms in pg on 3 months agreement. If u want for 1 month they will charge u some extra 1000 bucks for not following agreement.

It is Better to go in Hell rather to go in this hotel bad people bad management bad services bad security every thing you will find bad here Even the hotel staff will not talk to you property. So plz visit this hotel at your pen risk only

Excellent budget hotel. There was no restaurant but food served at room was excellent in quality, taste. Price was also reasonable.

Family room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Two connected rooms with a lobby, good for a family upto of 4 + 2 kids.

Very near to airport, little off (1Km) from VIP road.

Staff is good and cooperative.

Price is little bit high. In hotel booking sites, they are showing absurd price then for show, they are giving discount

Poor service of hotel, Booked hotel for marriage purpose but service is Pathetic and worst, Shortage of food items at the time of lunch and dinner, serving water from kitchen tap which is not purified instead of RO water committed before booking. We had to adjust according to their service, Some hotel can never be improved. Hope your service gets improved in future

This place is located in bazar365 commly called milan bazar this is a type of restaurant where you can book hall in your birthday or any function and they will make all the arrangement to you staff are also very good and thier services are also very good and food quality is also good and you can get this on a reasonable price

It is a nice place for various family functions and get together. The over all location is good. However parking is a bit hassle here.

Hotel avisha is recent enhancement budget hotel with 40 rooms and banquet located near Kolkata Airport in kestopur beside sector v, salt lake city (near Milan bazar). They are committed to give a experience with a personal touch to traditional Bengali hospitality.

This is a very nice hotel to stay and if you all like to taste the bengali food then there is a seperate restaurant here nice facility nice decor

The Hotel Avisha, Milan Bazar, Samarpally, Bidhannagar, Kestopur Rooms are good and clean with attached bathrooms Also the room service is good Foods are average

Location of the hotel is quite convincing and the rooms were not best, but we're fine as in regard of room maintenance, cleaning and service. Over all experience of the hotel was great beacuse of friendly staffs and professional manager who helped me to get some local needs.

It is good in low budget. But the main problem is when ever u check in, the checkout time is 11 next morning.

Uber comes to doorstep.
The only enjoyable part is, its distance from the VIP road.
If you are dropped by a cab by side of VIP road, please take a shared Auto for Rs. 10 or hire a dedicated Cycle rickshaw for Rs. 27.
If you want to cross the VIP road, go thru the Subway by walk.
