Room and bathroom are not proper cleaning and systematic toilet system not available and bathroom geyser not available

Worst experience. Worst hotel, worst riom service. Bathroom was extremely narrow, geyser was not working. Complained about it but none came to solve the problem. Room was as if 'Purani Haveli' movie's haveli. I will not recommend any family to stay here.

First time I saw a restaurant that was actually dark no lights menu was just show off half of the items were not available.however staff was good

It's a very famous hotel and the food served here is awesome. They have tons of varities and items and everything is so good you get confused what to eat.
Also they are so much famous that they are often used as landmark for booking cabs and taxis.

Never Ever visit the hotel. I have been here thrice and everytime, I was disappointed and angered. The staff is always rude and shamelessly ask for tips even though I don't take 1 service from them. The rooms are always shabby (pics attchd), there were water bottles thrown which I had stacked outside. The intercom does Not work. Inspite of this and inspire of me not taking any service, 2-3 people always ask for tips. Like HAVE SOME SHAME for God's sake. Kis muh se tips maang rahe ho? This was my 3rd time and I thought a candid review this time is a Must. Won't be coming here again.

Such a bad hotel I have ever seen. No maintenance. I suggest authority to close the hotel till they renovate it. Expensive food and even tea. They provide no bill. Staffs are so rude behavior specially that old person in front desk. Total unhygienic. Bathrooms were not cleaned by the staff after repeated request. All linkage from bathroom taps. I will say total no to all people. You will not like anything about this hotel. I dnt know the owner but such a dirty hotel I have ever visited. Cats running in all corridors, broken furniture in rooms alloted to guest. A big no and I would request everyone not to visit this place even if it is near to station. I would rate this hotel as negative.
