Hotel Casa Fortuna

Good location and nice little setup but Horrible at night. It fells like mini earthquake shaking you every other five minutes especially with you trying to relax on the bed with its spring loaded matress. I called the front desk regarding the issue and all they can do is reassure me that it is not an earthquake but some construction work. I asked them to change the room and told me that they will do it the day after, which never happened. Avoid this hotel as of this moment.

Food is good.i felt there were limited veg options, price on the higher side, good n cozy family restaurant.overall good.

Just awesome, It was unbelievable that same Front office staff was working for more than 24hrs but he had a warm smile on his face everytime. He was eager to serve. Breakfast needs improvement.

Indian food was good but Chinese food was worthless. Chinese was tasteless and half cooked. The Tutti fruti was pathetic.

Room Service is So So Bad

Pathetic place to dine in. Pure waste of money n time. No sense of taste and food is priced as if it a 7 star hotel. Strictly not recommended!

They said that the items which are kept in booked room baskets are complimentary foods & but when we checking out the hotel they foreced we to pay that's bill of the item's wich we said before they are complimentary foods, cheated us

Incredibly tiny hotel. Rooms are too cramped. Definitely not 4*. Not even close. Food was good, however.

Breakfast is a vegetarian food and the hotel is Clean and overall friendly, but front female employees are bureaucracy

The north indian food is awesome here.also the chinese is also very good. Great place for vegetarians.

Good hotel in a central spot close to major attractions in Kolkata. Breakfast was really good in their restaurant. Rooms are quite small for family with kids.

Decent room and breakfast. Room key kept losing electricity. The AC had issues as well which woke me up at 5 in the morning as the temperature soared. Too.much wait time at check in and check out.

Food was pretty decent. Staff were very courteous. Corn palak gravy which we ordered as a Jain food needs healthy improvement. It lacked taste. No of jain food items should be increased. Hardly there were any

Situated at AJC Bose road close to mintoo park. Nice rooms with beautiful view of the flyover outside. Restaurant is good.service is also up to the mark.

It used to be very clean earlier but off late, the cleanliness of the rooms seem to have been reduced.there are much better hotels in the area for the premium price. Would no longer recommend this place.

Centrally located and easily accessible it looks good from both outside and inside. Courteous people and some mouth watering food items to help you through your time. Although done portions we're rather small but the taste made up for it. A good place to visit of you want peace and good ambience
