Hotel Crestwood

Good hotel. Behaviour is very good. Food is average quality. But rooms are good. Location is easy to find. Restaurants are very close to it. Staffs are cordial.

All the staff of the hotel was nice and polite, their behaviour also good. I stayed there for almost 5 days and my experience was good

Loved the Place. Had a great Stay. It is centrally located. Every thing you need is located within 2-3 Km radius. Highly recommended.

Room service and maintenance is very good.
Staff is very polite.

Peacefull and location is good.

For Family not sufficient space is available and but room service guys are great service provided, Tariff wise little expensive (For additional hours in Check in Check out time)

My experience with the hotel was just satisfactory. Their food are not worth and I have gone through a not very good experience.
The foods are too much costly with very less quantity. Room services are average.its better to have food outside.

The hotel maintaining good cleaness and the staff members are really cooperative I liked it very much.

Misbehaving staff, Dirty rooms and in the name of complimentary breakfast we were served stale sabji and poori, When we complained, The reception and waiters abused us with dirty language. Would never come back and suggest no one to come here.

The rooms are micro, breakfast is more boring than my life and moreover not filling enough. Staff if avg.

Rooms are good, staff is polite. Room service may get quite slow at times. Location is quite prime with its closeness to 7's point and Park Street. Restaurant is modestly good

Absolutely pathetic room service, many a times didnt receivs the phone call, took more than one hour to serve a simple veg chowmein, during breakfast no one was there to refill the emptied out stocks. Overall not worth for a Rs 3000/- (total including GST) per day. Wont recommend to anyone

മലയാളിക്ക് ദൈര്യമായി മുറി എടുക്കാം. ഞാൻ കുടുംബമായി താമസിച്ചതാണ്. തെറ്റ് പറയാൻ ഇല്ലാത്ത Breakfast കിട്ടും. ദിവസവും റൂം clean ചെയ്യുകയും Suger & milk Power & Bru & 2 bottle water & Soap വെക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും. നെഗറ്റീവ് ആയി വേണമെങ്കിൽ എനിക്ക് പറയാം ലിഫ്റ്റ് പഴയ ഗ്രിൽ മോഡൽ ആയതിനാൽ അതിൽ നിന്നും നല്ല ഉച്ചത്തിൽ ബീപ് Sond വരുന്നതും റോഡിൽ നിന്നും വാഹനത്തിന്റെ ശബ്ദ്ധം വരുന്നതും. കാരണം എനിക്ക് കിട്ടിയ റൂം ലിഫ്റ്റിന്റെ തൊട്ട് അടുത്തതും റോഡിന്റെ വശത്ത് ഉള്ളതും ആയകൊണ്ട് മാത്രം. Room Boys Staff ന് നല്ല ട്രെയിനിങ്ങ് നല്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ചെറിയ ആവശ്യം പറഞ്ഞാലും പെട്ടന്ന് ചെയ്ത് തന്നു.

The hotel is economic considering its location. I had stayed alone as I was on an official trip to the city. The room where I stayed was just ok - the floorings had started to wear down a lot and the TV wasn't working

Not a place for Hindu visitors. Strictly avoid this hotel. I ordered mutton but was served something else's meat. Horrible.

It's cheap and the area is good. Rooms are small (Its cheap so not really disappointing). The towels were dirty. Breakfast is disappointing. Not every item on the restaurant menu was present. Not really a problem since many nice restaurants like Mocambo, Arsalan and Shiraaz are nearby. Overall an average 3 star hotel.

A very cleanly maintained hotel. Hats off to Indranil for showing me this place. Service is great and rates affordable.

The hotel is very neat and worth the money.
The staff are polite and are always at your service.
There is also an attached restaurant. You can easily dine in. The prices are moderate!

Worst hotel service I have ever experienced. They have give blankets with holes. No room cleaning was done by the hotel. Bed linen was dirty and had stains on it. Rooms were very congested. Better options are available at the same rate. Hotel food is horrible, no taste at all.

Rooms are small wid small washrooms. Breakfast menu is fixed for all d days.ie.puri bhaji (complimentary).

My parents checked in and they were told by the receptionist to sit at the waiting area as the waiter is getting welcome drink.they made us wait for half n hour and after no one turned up my father said to send it to the room. They entered the room, the phone were not working. My father again went to the reception and asked them to check the phone. A person from housekeeping came to the room and said I have changed the phone now it will work. Once the person left my father tired to call at room service and again the same problem with the phone. He again went down from 1st floor to the reception to complain. The guy at the reception said I m sending a person he will solve all ur issues. The guy arrived and we again asked for the complementory drink he said "sir complimatory drink kyu le rahe hai, kuch acha drink order karlijiyena, Kya problem hai " so my dad said we were told about it. Else I could have ordered. Staffs have got no manners to speak to the customer. Room service boys are very untidy. Us less hotel just they tried to make the ambiance of the hotel better to fool the customer in such a way

Normal 3 star hotel. I was there 2-3 times for client visit.food quality is good.but if you are late, you will have to stay empty stomach.

A cozy hotel with friendly, helpful and courteous staff. The rooms are clean and amenities adequate. The food menu however requires a bit more improvement.

My booking was upto 11 am but due to some reason i had to stay till 3 pm along with my Mom and Dad they people promptly extended my stay without any extra cost.

The deluxe room in which I stayed is good compared with other hotels. Space in the room, bath room arrangements are fine. The restaurant in the hotel is up to the mark for breakfast and dinner. The stay was comfortable. Good hotel for family stay. Will go again next time.

The rooms are not so spacious but it's big enough. The rooms are well equipped and the staffs are very friendly. The quality of the food is average.

Venue perfect for small sized function of 100 people. The servers serving food were very few in number, but they were very quick.

Good place. Just one thing I didn't like is that house keeping cleaned my room when I was not in the hotel without my permission.

Horrible stay. Behavior of the staff is too rude and they will ask a lot of questions like why coming late and going early. And personal questions as well. Which is really uncomfortable

Don't accept India Army ID. Can you beat that. Shame to the hotel by default.

Service in restaurant is ultra slow. Took 45 mins to serve 3 omelettes.

Hotel external appearence was good but first of all there is no such visiting hour so please ammend this system. And room was a small cubical kind of and with that the aircondition wasnt working at all. So please If you r keeping a visiting hour rule upto the mark then look for other services too. Which you r liable to provide to customers
