Hotel Dolphin

Hotel Dolphin Digha rocks. Behaviour of staffs are very good in general. I want to mention the name of hotel staff 'Bapi' in particular. Location is excellent. Its a very peaceful place to stay with your love and dear ones.

Everything is perfect.
Food were good with adequate quantity.
Rooms were spacious and clean.
The staffs were cordial and polite. They also arranged special food as per our request. Room service was promt as required.

Clean environment and specially the room service people were very good. Food was tasty and service was fast. A good hotel to stay and enjoy.

Rooms are near and clean, staff behaviour is very friendly and location is excellent. Food quality is better than average.

Only bummer was wifi did not work.

The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the beach.

Very nice hotel. Our 4 bed room was very clean and nice. Some renovations are going on. Hope they improve the quality even more. The 6 bed room requires some upgrades though.
But the WiFi was not working. So that was a bummer.
But the staff's behaviour was very nice. They clean rooms properly everyday. It is very very close to the seabeach. The food in the restaurant is absolutely delicious and budget friendly. Overall a very nice stay. Highly recommended.

A OLD A RENOWNED HOTEL IN OLD DIGHA WITH PLENTY OF PLACE FOR CAR PARKING, CHILD PLAY GROUND AND OWN RESTAURANTS.

Worst experience.
Room are over charged.
Complete mismanagement.
Washroom not properly cleaned.
Television not working.
Total waste of money.
Still the on-duty staff are good.

Very good behaviour all of the staff. Specially Sekhar da who was our room service guy. His behaviour is too polite and he is very careful to the guest. Thank you all for your services. Thanks sekhar the for medicine.

Stay was very pleasent. The quality of the food was very good. The conduct of the hotel staff was very good. Would like to visit again.

We had booked the hotel through mmt, however at the last moment since your bus got cancelled, we couldn’t reach there. We requested the staff to reschedule (note not refund), however the staff started lecturing me that it’s policy, I could have come up to digha availing any bus services.
This is the perfect example of how rich people exploits the poor. Then he called me twice to poke me and instigate me and started recording my call without telling me, stating abuse me abuse me, tell me abuse me!

Very bad experience with hotel Dolphin. Please don’t go. Rich people sucking money from poor.

Overall experience was good. Rooms are good though but few facilities were not there like Gyser and exhaust fan in the bathroom.
Shekhar da was there, who's an excellent person. Very helpful and honest.
I can recommend this hotel for Family stay. Just 2 mins walking from the Old Digha beach.

I've stayed at many places and at most of places staffs were a little rude but I see their staff were Very polite. The food tastes good. Location is also good sea is at walking distance. Overall good experience.

Wonderful Hotel at Digha for holidays, corporate events, marriage or celebration events as they are coming up with a wonderfully equipped banquet hall with digital sound and stunning display.
Must visit for all.

On 29th july I have visited this hotel, from Kolkata we have booked 7 rooms @rs. 2000/-, when we came, they have allotted 3 room in main building and 4 rooms at villa (a near about house dilapidated conditions. One room at 1st floor (chilekotha) staircase room which they have sold @rs 2000/- per day, seepage of water from the roof, dirty toilet are the characteristics of the rooms of villa. When it was reported, they were arguing with their points. Service is good, specially NIKHIL is excellent. Cost of food is on higher side. In total there is a big question mark about VALUE OF MONEY.

I'm glad to share about my positive experience at Hotel Dolphin in Digha! Recently I have stayed in this hotel from 29th July to 30th July. The Eco AC room was clean and a perfect size for two, and the hotel workers provided excellent room service with a polite and friendly attitude. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious and offered good value for money. The location being just 2 minutes away from the sea beach was a great plus, and I found the other hotel amenities to be impressive. Overall, I had a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend Hotel Dolphin to other travelers looking for a pleasant and enjoyable experience in Digha.

We've Booked a four bed ac room on 1st floor a carpeted room with balcony, room & bathroom was clean, food Is good as per price, we've loved the homely atmosphere of the hotel, staffs were supportive and friendly, located near the sea beach, must visit again.
