The resort is very nice with all type of amenities. It is situated just on the beginning of forest. Wide variety of food is available & the Food quality is exceptionally good.

One of the best experiences I had. Everyone did amazing but especially Sanjay Tamang. He did an excellent job taking care of me and my family and was a very well mannered and responsible man. Room was also good and quality and was well arranged. Overall it was amazing. Would love to visit again. A SOLID 10/10.

Rooms are good. Service not up to the mark. Food is too expensive and the quality is not good enough. Suggestion is stay here and eat somewhere else. Complimentry breakfast was mouth licking.

Nice resort with garden and just opposite to jungle. Elephant often comes very close so not recommended walking out side the campus.

Excellent resort located in the heart of the forest. Had a scrumptious lunch. Homemade Aloo bhajji was very delicious. Mr Arjun, the caretaker, was very cordial. Very good for formal conference/meetings as well as informal picnics

Rooms are large but not well designed. Does not have a resort like ambiance, rather it is more like a business hotel, which does not go well with the flavor of the location. Could have been a better piece of architecture.

It was a wonderful experience with hotel dreamland when I along with my family stayed for 2 nights in 2019.
The location was outstanding and the staff was very polite and the food was good. The services were excellent.
I would once again like to go back after post covid.

It is located in the arms of nature surrounded by green lavish forests. It is near the Gorumara National Park. The jungle safari facility is also available. The food is too good

I have visited this place 6-7 times. One of the best holiday escapes close to Siliguri. The interior, exterior, overall ambience, the staff, the food etc always attract me and my family. The gardens, swiming pool, boating area, the turkey, guinea fowl and chicken farm adorn the exterior. Really an amazing place for families, especially the kids.

The hotel staff does not cooperate Most Of the things are faulty. The hotel looks wuite good in first glance but literally the service is the worst.

We just returned from our weekend getaway for our office meeting. The DREAMLAND is a wonderful gem! We look forward to returning soon and often. We booked last minute and still were able to get a great room. The property takes you back in time with its outdoor. Our room was very clean and the bed was heavenly. Everyone at the hotel IS GOOD & HELPFUL. Great hospitality, housekeeping & reception staff is so caring about staff. Specially Mr. Saikat is too helpful, he buy my medicine from Market at Night

But beware about for Restaurant food, it’s just worse. It’s better to take food outside, Resuaurant service also same.

Simply awesome! ! Very nice to stay here. Food served here is very delicious. The hotel is located in between Gorumara National Park and hence surrounded with dense forests. The scenic beauty is worth a mention. If one is going to Lataguri and planning to stay there, you must think of staying here!

If you think of visiting Dooar, West Bengal. You must stay here. They have got swimming pool, bar, restaurant, gym and a park too! And rooms are really good with great views. Also it's not an overpriced hotel!

Very nice hotel in lataguri west bangal, it is surrounded by forest, and you can enjoy jungal safari here, hotel itself arrange safari for visitors, hotel is cleen and beautiful, food is also good here. You can enjoy fress air here, very good to visit in summer. You can see lion tiger and other wild animals here, so if you plan a holiday, lataguri is one of the best place and this hotel is good

Resort is nice with beautiful location but the main setback about this resort is worst kind of service I have ever seen before. The quality and choice of food in lunch and dinner is drastic.

One of the biggest and best resort of lataguri. 70 luxurious rooms in 4 storey lift facilities with separate banquet hall, meeting room etc.in house restaurant, bar, swimming pool, open natural feild etc are there.

Good resort in the lap of nature with impressive landscaping. You can see lot of fire flies in the lawns and surrounding area.

Hotel Dreamland in Lataguri, Gurumara, West Bengal was the last destination of our tour back from Bhutan of RAJGURU TOURS MUMBAI.

We reached the hotel around 08.30 p.m. We were well received by the staff and the back office executive was present to welcome us.

The hotel itself situated in heart of the jungle and we were amazed to see that from there we can also visit Gurumara National Safari tour. We showed our inclination to visit Safari but we were informed that we are too late as booking was already done.

We have the feeling of missing Gurumara National Safari but Dreamland hotel, it's rooms were too good. We were having only night stay in that hotel.

On reaching the respective rooms, someone knocked our door. When opened we found one back office executive accompanied by our tour manager, Mr. Pratap Tawde. He informed us that there is no hot water in the tap as the wires were broken in to pieces by monkeys. He was so lenient saying sorry for the inconveniences caused to us. He promised to repair everything by morning but it was done within two hours.

The man who was saying sorry number of times was the Back office executive, Mr. Arjun. We like him very much.

The rooms were well maintained. Lobby was clean. Room service excellent.

Dinner was delicious and we all enjoyed it. The breakfast provided was not up to the mark. There was too much salt in almost each and every item. The south Indian food was nearly a waste as we couldn't eat it.

Sweet items were tasty.

We suggested that hotel management should appoint a south Indian cook to prepare south Indian dishes. The manager in charge of the cafeteria informed me that he will take up the matter with higher management. He promised us if we visit next time there will be no complaint from us.

I am writing this only because they must improve on those lines.

Location of the hotel, though 1.5 kms from main road, the inner road must be constructed by the hotel but hotel is beautifully planned, scenic view from all the rooms.

With respect to all the recent reviews we have received, from our guests who were staying at our hotel for a marriage function, and considering the fact that the reviews are coming from the family members and friends of the same family we would like to inform that, the food and service which was being complained about stands false as the party had their own catering services, generator, and the service boys was hired by the party itself. So we did not have any scope to serve you, and you wanted the same as you had valuables in your room. So the complain about the service and food stands null and void About the open pool we have, due to rain from the past 3 days the pool water had been contaminated, and the scope to clean the same was impossible. Hence it was strictly prohibited by the management to enter the pool, as the water was unhygienic. But the party insisted to getting down on the pool with hard drinks in spite of the warning given to them. In fact they had blamed us that we are spoiling their marriage function by not letting them get down in the pool. We had tolerated such nuisance, as we did not want to hurt the sentiments of the customers. We also had the lifeguard present in the pool, but the party were uncomfortable with his presence, and asked him to disperse immediately. In such a case please tell us where our fault lies? The family members are friends if the party are sabotaging our hotel and our property for no reason. They tried to overpower our manager and our hotel rules, by breaking them, and now blaming us for the same.

HOTEL IS NOT FOR FAMILY HOOLIGANS PARTY AND IMMORAL ACTIVITIES LIKE STRIP PARTY IS ORGANISED AT THIS HOTEL:
The most harrowing experience ever to be faced by me in any hotel. I would not want to even give them one star as the service and attitude of the staff is as terrible as it can get. I had checked in with my family to enjoy our vacation however the hotel staff ensured that we spend our entire stay in frustration. By 1800 in the evening LOUD NOISE started echoing through the hotel, the noise was so high that even the wall panel in the room was reverberating. We informed the hotel staff about this matter but their reaction was cold. On further probe I realised that in the name of party in actual it was a strip tease organised in the banquet hall with hooligans dancing around scarcly clothed prostitutes. The hooligans even took to eveteasing at the lady guests in the hotel. I was appalled and aghast at this happening in a hotel which in GOIBIBO reviews was supposed to be a family hotel.further I had escalated the matter to the manager of the hotel Mr Tony, however he too was reluctant to stop them. Later when I threatened them that I will inform the police, the manager promised me that he will ensure the party is stoppedIt's
