बहुत ही बढ़िया hotel है। खाना बहुत ही बढ़िया है। रूम थोड़े ठीक है। होटल स्टफ़ बहुत अच्छा है। कॉमलीमेंट्री खाना एक टाइम ही ले सकते है। या तो लंच या तो डिनर । स्टफ़ बहुत हेल्पफुल है । अगर आप कोलकाता में है तो यहाँ ज़रूर रह सकते है।

It was a very horrible experience.
Never take your partner there to spend private time.they litterly bring our bedsheet at reception and check if there is any spot or dirt in front of everyone and found one, and charge me 300 rs at the time of check out. These things can handle privately also.money doesn't matter, but prestige do.my girl friend got very embereced. Very bad experience.chiiiiiii

Very unprofessional people, they do not stick to their word. They always go back on what they promised. Please don't waste your time with them.

Room size is very very small compared to price. 1 Star given just because of locations. No other reasons to rate this hotel better. They charged me 1600 for staying between 11 pm to 4 am. Absolutely nonsense hotel.

We accommodated our guests who were invited to my brother's wedding. Rooms are clumsy. Food was awful. Also they serve you food by bringing from roadside stalls in case you order more. Would not recommend this place at all.

I booked this hotel for my father to stay in for three days. He had a terrible experience. It took them around 2 hours to serve the morning tea. The service was very poor. While having our lunch we asked for extra rice they asked us to wait for an hour for the rice to be served. I have never had an experience like this.

Attended a family function for a day. Was everything nicely managed, perhaps could have fixed the taps at the first floor function hall. Water wasn't flowing properly.

I have checked-in in the hotel asked the hotel staff that can i park here the vehicle here.they said yes you can no problem notting will happen and then i checked-in into the hotel had my dinner and and slept the night.the next morning when i checked- out from the hotel and went to the parking i didn't find my bike. After that they checked the cctv video. Where i was able to see that one person from outside had come to the hotel and took my bike at night. They didnt even had a security at that time of incident. As my vehicle got stolen from the hotel parking after confirmed the parking and safety of vehicle by hotel. They should take the liability of the bike. But now they are denying to give me my bike compensation.
I had a very bad experience from the hotel and suggest that no one should stay in that hotel. There is no safety for the guest and guest's vehicles. I am posting this because which things i have suffered anyone else shouldn't suffer. And after that i have tried contacting yatra.com as i have booked from there website, they have provided a customer care number in there APP which is invalid. So now what can i do. I have visited to nearest baguihati, police station they have told me to give in writing.which i have submited.
So, i request everyone who see this post and who come to kolkata never stay in HOTEL EASTERN PLAZA, AND NEVER BOOK HOTELS FROM YATRA. COM

Okay but Bathrooms are not on standard. Food is much more costlier than other same rated Hotel.

My sister's wedding was hosted in the hotel's banquet. The food was good and so were the rest of the arrangements

Perfect place for wedding event. Nicely maintained hotel banquet. Few minutes from VIP Road, haldirams.

Poor quality rooms, no amenities provided in the room.
Complimentary breakfast is of worst quality, better to eat breakfast in a roadside stall instead.

I went there for a photoshoot assignment. Room n bath is ok ok type, not bad. Spacious enough.
Enough space to set lights & camera.

Stayed there for one night to catch next day flight. Good place to stay. Staffs are helpful and polite, cleanliness is good but not great. They have a restaurant and the foods are surprisingly above expectations. Nice place to stay if you want to stay near airport. Location is great.

We stayed there for a day and the service provided were very poor and we were very disappointed. We saw good ratings and went there but we were very disappointed. No services like WiFi, TV was provided, it was just mentioned in their page. And most importantly they have different ratings for the same room. I don’t understand on what basis they have different rates for same congested room with such a poor services? Later while discussing with one of my friend who stayed there I came to know that we were charged differently.

What shall I start with. The room is damp and stinky. Gives exact vibes of some shady hotels we see in movies. Mattress is dirty. The faucet was not working and the sheet they have put on the bed is made up of two different pieces also the sheet they provided as comforter was dirty and had potty stains. Had to get them changed. Very bad experience doesn't worth the price at all.

The behaviour of the staff were found to very much unpleasant.overall very much disappointed with the stay condition of the rooms were also not good. Staff very found to be in arrogant and seems to be reluctant about their faults

Staffs are inconsiderate and impolite, they are providing tap water (useless) as compliment. Breakfast is very simple, no juice, only stale watermelon in the name of fruits.

Worst ever hotel in Kolkata. The hotel is towards Airport. Don’t believe whatever pictures the it’s attached. From front you never know either it’s open or closed. People who are sharing positive feedback for this hotel they may be belongs to the hotel staff. Recenly I have stayed on Oct 10. The day when I entered the AC was not working. I have given complaints they said they will fix but they didn’t do it. The next day I checked out. Anyway food is as bad as it is. Unhygienic. And after all this when I asked the hotel manager number they didn’t give. So I m requesting all the users those who re giving feedback for this hotel plz give genuinely. I don’t want anyone to be suffer like me. Think about for your family members for whom you are booking this hotel by seeing reviews and if they harassed after that. They don’t even say and they don’t even do anything. EOD they ll simply adjust. Plz guys boycott this hotel as much as possible.

Decent hotel with decent food. Good for one night halt. It is near to airport on VIP road. Room and toilets are good. But don't know why they didn't provide any toiletries. Executive rooms are road facing. Room is equipped with AC, TV and a mini fridge to keep your food, hard and soft drinks. Hope all have a decent stay up there.

My friend had an uncomfortable stay during quarantine period in this hotel. As I heard, the service, rooms and food were unhygienic in every way.

Hotel is good, overall. Rooms are well maintained, with TV, AC, fridge, etc. But some rooms are very small, do check the room size before you check-in. Also, common areas are small, not recommended for huge gatherings. Service is Ok.

Good hotel with good customer service, we were there as our stay was arranged in this hotel and also sangeet function was to be held in the hotel banquet itself. Amenities and service is good. Only problem we faced was that they served water which was not suitable for drinking as per my view. Confusion is created as there is another hotel with same name in the locality. I didn't stay there. Booked banquet hall for first birthday party of my daughter. The arrangement as promised by them was excellent and service also up-to the mark.
Floor manager Mr. Rajesh did fabulous job of keeping my guests feel the warmth of the hosting.
Will definitely refer anyone to book for party if the guest list is around 100

The place is ok if you catch a flight next day. 1.4 km from airport maximum 20 minute to drive. The receiption is ok and helpful. Food serve is also good.but blunket provide i think that should be improve.

Easily accessible from the airport. Courteous and helpful staff. Tasty food and reasonable rates. The amenities are a little old but the staff readily resolved all our issues.

If you book through any mobile app and already paid then they are going to give you the 'worst room'. Don't pay early.stay there and at the time of checkout you should pay.the location is easily accessible and rate is also affordable. Some staffs are good Some are not.

Reception service is very bad, kept me waiting for my turn, as they are paying me for staying there.and final excuses was we follow are protocols of speaking in phone and entertaining themself, when I reached there security guard was literally sleeping. I made him open the main gate for me and then he slept again, in reception there were three guys, all useless as explained, room quality is not so good as they charging and washroom looks nice and tidy with broken toilet seat cover. Hotel is managed with very strict rules for guests; to the limit of irritation. Services and receptionists are guided by their wish. Will not recommend it.

Hotel located at a nice location. Unfortunately room maintenance is below standards. They need to train their housekeeping staff besides undertaking some repair works in the hotel, especially the washrooms

Rooms are spacious, neat and clean. Bathroom is clean. Hotel easily visible from the road. They scan ID and take your photo. Room has got small freezer and electric kettle. No safe locker in room. Food prices are nominal. Can easily reach airport from here. Hotel can be reached by uber/airport bus (AC39) from Howrah station. The minimum price at which booked the room was 1165/- on Goibibo. For that price the room is a luxury. Best location if you got a transit time of a night in airport. In kolkata Uber seems cheaper than Ola. Uber easily available in the location.
