Food portion small, undercooked food, takes lot of time for preparing a small order even is the restaurant is empty. If you are in a hurry don't consider this as an option.

Good accommodation are available there with parking spaces, rooms are spacious but wash rooms are not good enough. Lift is not working properly.

Clean and Nice business hotel with fine tariff, located right into the Heart of the City (Kadamtala Chowk). Rooms are of adequate size with hygienic bathroom. Staff is very friendly and supportive. Food is delicious
There is big parking lot at the back of the hotel which can accommodate around 25 cars. One can also do shopping from West Side and can watch movies in Multiplex as they are situated just opposite to the hotel.

They have butiful swimming pool in 5 th floor. Wonderful stay. Must stay golden tulip. Very upcoming but the washrooms are small and cringy, small town hotel with limited facilities, good for one or two days, not suitable for long trip, food is good as there are fewer options left for the travelers, you can try once atleast

This resturant never accepts card payment. Each and every time they come up with the same old excuse of link failure. It's really irritating. If you want cash only then just put a signboard telling card payment not accepted rather than giving absurd age old excuse. And every time they add mineral water bottle in the resturant bill even if only normal water was ordered. Happened 3-4 times with us. Btw food is good.

Located at the centre of the town, it's a beautiful place with finest of dishes to satisfy your taste buds.

The palace is clean and tidy and the food has a homely touch to it. I don not know about the non.veg part but the vegetarian cuisine is quiet good. Jain veg option is limited. Overall standard experience.

A good hotel to stay, with A/C rooms & good beds to sleep, this is the hotel a tourist would want, if under budget. I didn't meant to say that it's bad, but it's like three star hotel. However, for Business-rated hotels, I suggest Hotel De'l Pretom over this one. Note that you won't get any liquor or alcohol here e-e

Never ever try the Russian salad here! Dal makhani, paneer items, chicken main course, etc are amazing.

Food is great but on holidays it gets over crowded and loses the quality. Demand is high so the seating capacity should be increased. Most of times the waiting time is too long.

Very good food and nice ambience! But they don't take orders for home delivery stating that not enough staff available. This is a habit of this hotel. I called at least 10 times in last two months for home delivery but they have one excuse no enough staff.

Food quality, ambience, staff hospitality and expenses are all so so mediocre in here. Having said that its still holds the position of one of the top restaurants that exist in the heart of Jalpaiguri town.

I usually go to golden tulip for dinner parties.and i spend a rather good time there.although there was this one time. We had to wait a lot for our order and it was not a good experience

The food is nice as well as the environment. Only problem is there there service. They cannot handle too much customer. Rooms are also good.
