The most horrifying experience of my life. The hotel reception manager is very rude, his behavior is very bad. He gave me a lot of bad slang.please don’t book this hotel. I have never seen such a bad hotel reception manager in my life. He behaved very rudely with me. He abused me very badly.

Reception manager behaviour is too bad. Use bad language. I am totally with the behavior of the hotel manager. I had gone to the hotel to meet my friend but the hotel manager did not allow me entry and on top of that he insulted me a lot and behaved very rudely with me.

We had a great stay in this hotel. The staff are so well behaved and caring. Breakfast is good.

The lift was nice.soft beds.had hot water 24/7.
Sheets were dirty and no one received calls in the reception.had to go all the way to downstairs from the fifth floor to get room service.also no complimentary water.

Don't stay here. Bakwas hotel. Don't waste your money. Rooms are pretty only in pictures they have posted. Reception not so welcoming. Not worth the money. Book a different hotel at same locality or nearby localities.

Rooms are too small and dirty. They don't provide the hard copy or soft copy of the bills of your food. Totally bakwas hotel. You can find another good hotel with that price for sure. So disappointed. Don't go only by seeing the pictures. There is no similarities between the pictures and the actual rooms.

Located in Taltala, Royd Street.esplanade metro station is very near. Location wise it's very good. Room as well as bathroom were good but could be cleaner. Service is above average. Overall a good experience.

Good rooms and good vegetarian food. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The bathroom is also neat and clean.

Good for a short visit.no amenities provided, room needed cleanliness bit more. Very convenient place to reach certain part of Kolkata.

Popular hotel in this area. Gulshan is famous place in Dhaka, this name influence by that. This hotel is famous along Bangladeshi tourist.

Place is really smelly and kind of unhygienic, the bathroom is okayish. Though the food here is okay but costly and nice room service. It can be a bit dim as well. But the price per room is average. Overall not bad experience.

Hotel is okay according to tariff, but staff is little bit Harsh on customer.for single traveller or gents travelor it's fine, but for family I will suggest try another hotel.
