There are far better options at a much better price than Highland inn. Bedsheets weren't clean. Bed was pretty uncomfortable. Not worth the price.

It was a good experience. AC need to be serviced. It was totally in lost if you get an AC ROOM.

They’re scamming people over online booking sites. The prices area shown as 700-800 per night on goIbibo, but when you reach there, they tell you to pay 1000 more. This hotel has one of the worst manager that I’ve witnessed in my entire life till date. He war so arrogant and acting as if the place is owned by him. Very bad and worst experience of my life. Don’t ever book it. It’s a nightmare

Overpriced & overrated. Rooms size are just a little big bathroom. Other way it's nice to consider as a pod to stay and get your job done.

Room was not spacious, rate was higher compared to the size of the room. It's not well maintained too. The bathroom taps are broken. The bed sheets, towels etc are old, unclean and rugged. Food quality is not good too.

Small hotel. Lift available but size is very small. Room service available but price is bit high. Location is good specially for outside paitent of Ruby General Hospital.

The location was good and the staff was fine. But the room is not good at all. AC was not cooling. The fixtures in washroom was broken. Not good experience at all. Not recommended

Hotel staff JOY was so rude to talk with guest and other hand Rashid and their colleagues was good and polite with guest and Hotel Manager Mr. Tanmay is also nice person.
However my experience was not so good with this hotel and definitely not matching with the criteria I have booked.
They have changed the room only when I complained to MMT.

Nothing more to say about this hotel. Manager & stuff behaviour was very good. Cleanliness of room 5/5, food quality 5/5, best hotel ever

This is our 6th time visit. Have been a regular customer in this hotel for a long time. This is my most favorite stay place. Manager Tanmoy da very cool & awesome. Room was very nice & clean. Food quality was awesome. We both are very happy. Best hotel ever

The staff is extremely rude and do not follow any proper guidelines regarding the paer work n take money under the table and allow illegal activities in the hotel.
The staff without talking and knowing the proper matter sosconnects the call on the face of the customer and their family

Very well located but rooms are very small. Staff is friendly and helpful. Laundry and housekeeping is very poor. Food services is very bad.

This is a very good quality hotel at an affordable price but one issue i had found that the lift is not working properly and i had opened the floor door of the lift when the lift is not there so it's very risky i recommend the management to repair it as soon as possible

Highly unprofessional with booking, came by 6am and no room. Have to wait till 11am, disappointed.

Rooms are ok but if you ask them for room clean or clearance of food they will tell you to do it by your self or we will do next time we will clean the room. They allow us so called complimentary breakfast but only one egg is allowed rather you will be charges for extra
