Service was the worst besides the owner of the hotel was also rude.he didn't behave properly with the guests there.the place where the hotel was located was also dirty.

Had a great stay here with my family and colleagues

Very good. Well behaviour. Food is delicious and dining hall is well decorated. Well decorated room with moderate charge.

The staff there are terrible and when the atrocious uncleanliness of the rooms were brought to their notice their behaviour was unfriendly and inhospitable to say the least. Overall a terrible experience. The rooms are also extremely cold and they overcharged.

Owner behavior is rude needs to learn proper behavior with people, Tv works never mind it, besides gyser is low quality. They overcharged it happened which is a extremely terrible in such a unknown place they sent forwarded msgs shocks us.

Spacious rooms and very Co-operative staff. They cater to all your needs in a very friendly manner. Stayed there for 4 days and it was all worth it. Special kudos to KundanJI for being so helpfull round the clock.

I recently visited Darjeeling with my spouse for 4 days and 3 nights and stayed at Hill Crown Hotel. I found that there are all services very good and all staffs and owner of this hotel are very friendly and helpful. This hotel is near a Bengali Temple in Chauk Bazar. The most important thing is that the view of Kanchanjunga from the room I stayed in this hotel was very beautiful. I promise to stay at this hotel when I visit Darjeeling again.

Experience is not good. It's more far from mall road. Room size is medium. Food quality is very bad. Stuffs are irresponsible about their duty and their behavior is not good.

I booked for around the first 10 days in Aug 2021, I first booked a standard room, they showed me a rather dirty small room that looked like a warehouse room unlike the photos, then I asked for a better room. They showed me a room that was double the price and was not clean either. House keeping is rather Ill equipped they clean the carpets with brooms, and their vacuum with missing parts. The toilets, walls, table surfaces all were dirty. I made housekeeping clean while I was there. The restaurant menu of the hotel is mostly unavailable.

I visited Darjeeling with my family and stayed in hotel hill crown for 2 days. I was impressed by the staff and service. The food was good and the room was neat and clean. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the owner is very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a good experience.

Good ambience. Door lock is an issue. Scenary of darjeeling city is available from balcony on Cleary shiny day but Kanchanjunga view is not there.

The rooms are big and spacious. Food served is of great quality but there is NO room service.
Another cons of the hotel is that you cannot turn on the geyser as per your requirement. They only turn it on only in the morning and that too for max 15 minutes. Even if you turn it on, the hotel staff will turn it off as per direction of the manager Kundan Gupta.
The entire hotel is under CCTV survillence. Baring the manager, all other hotel staff are very cooperative. Safety and security is good. Slightly recommended.

Located at 5 min walking distance from Chauk Bazaar. It has very easy access to market and taxi / bus stand. I've been there twice every time I got a warm welcome and also a very good price. Very much cooperative and helpful staff here. It has a few view rooms from where you can have a great view of Kanchanjangha if you are lucky. I'll visit again soon.

Nice centrally located place to stay. Easy access to local markets. Friendly staff. Always helps you for your leisure holiday planing with affordable pricing. And great advantage you can view magnificent views of Kanchanjanga in early morning without going to tiger hill from balconey.

It's very far from mall road. If you are looking for bazar location then it's ok otherwise you can skip this place. No suv will come to the hotel only small car 4 seater can pass through the front road. Rooms are damp, bathroom very old thought the manager and service are are really helpfull.
