Lovely property.staff are very soft spoken and helpful. Went there for my son's birthday celebration. Had an awesome experience.

Beautiful resort but again location and accessibility are the issues. Rates are high but quality of foods were excellent. I enjoyed my stay there.

I have booked for 03 days (23-25 Oct 22) but after staying for 01 day I have cancelled my rest booking due to very bad service of them. So don't book this property. This is a wastage of money.

Bhai sahab itna ganda service, line hotel me inse ache service milta h. I'll suggest aap kisi dhaba me khana kha lo wo inse tasty khana serve karnge or sath me achi service k sath.
Mere life ka av tak ka sbse ganda experiance tha.

. Bt Nature and view is amazing. Rooms are not good, please renovate it, because renovate needed most. And service boy are not professional make them and teach them how to treat a guest. It's not value for money. Plzzz make them all right.

Not sure about the rooms, service was great though. Location and overall landscape maintenance was done properly.

If Zero Star is available I will give them zero, Plz don't go there very worst place, room was very dirty and A/C was not functioning, water supply yawkk mud water coming from tap, and Pool is so dirty and unhygienic.

First of all. IT IS NOT A 3 STAR PROPERTY.
Don't go on the pictures.the rooms are pathetic.not maintained at all.broken lights.broken switches.torn our blankets.torn out wallpapers.dirty washrooms with of course broken taps and shower.this place needs a renovation.

The service and staffs are so so.the food was nice no issue with the food.but there was not that much of variety.like the tandoor was missing.although they had it in the menu but couldn't make it.

The swimming pool was broken and dirty needed to be clean everyday.

Overall this place really needs a renovation.

Zero Star. Plz don't go there as there Care taker and Mangers are very rude and Pool is so dirty and unhygienic.
Even local pond is better than their pool.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Staffs are helpful and well behaved. Resort is well maintained, all amenities available.proper cleanliness maintained. We must recommend this resort for family too.

Centrally located. Perfect for corporate, family, student group n marriage function. I will come again just love their service.

Great place for couples, kids, friends. Excellent staff. Food is too tasty. Great place for small vacation. Two of staffs named Hassan and Pranesh are very nice. Well behaved. Their co-operation is great as I have my small kid. Park is also there for kids.

For Marriage and others function this is one of the best place

Place is good as well as food. Only complaint is about swimming pool. Water looks dirty with too much chlorine level.

Poor service and no respect for the guests. Third class food and for that also have to wait for hours.

Grt resort for family vacation. Huge place for playing. U ll get badminton court indoors swimming pool and nice rooms. But little bit service is not good. As the corridors was not clean.

Surround Hill are untidy, Connecting road was narrow, Swimming Pool was not maintained, main bldg rooms are interconnected, Fogging required for insects n mosquito, n many more.

Nice place for a weekend getaway from Ranchi, Bokaro, Dhabbad or Jamshedpur. Specially nice for family stay

Poorly maintained, unhygienic swimming poor, staff response were not cordial, foods are also not too good.

The place is very beautiful and serene. Excellent place for Destination Wedding but the price is slightly on the higher side.

Been a regular here since 2015. Seen a lot of change but love this place. Do inform them a day before if going in big group to see the availability. At times if the rooms are all booked, they don’t even allow day guests. Moreover if you inform them beforehand, they clean the pool. The food, simply is amazing. The staffs are very efficient and courteous. Starters are like oh my god delicious. Do try chicken dehati and if season permits, alu-parwal sabji. It’s a very good place to have a day out with friends and family. The area of resort is huge, believe me huge. The price is reasonable and doesn’t burn big hole in pocket:)

It is in jhalda, west bengal. A great hotel to spend occasions. Beautiful structures with swimming pool.
