Beautiful hotel with homely atmosphere. Within 200 metres from bokkhali seabeach. Nice and well maintained rooms, beautiful swimming pool. Above all we enjoyed very warm hospitality from hotel management and staff.

Hotel Icon Heritage (Address: Mouza Laxmipur, Amrabati, P. O- Frazerganj coastal South 24 Parganas, Bakkhali)
a) STAFF behaviour was worse. By evening most of ICON hotel STAFF gets drunk and they misbehave with customers.very UNSAFE
b) Strongly not recommended for Family, especially female member accompany (we went 10-family members including kids)
c) On complain hotel STAFF threaten us to do whatever action we want and they don’t care they have support of Local politicians.d) I have uploaded video where drunken Staff member dancing on 31st’Dec’22 and misbehaving with us.e) Room Cost should not be more than Rs. 1,200/- w.r. T to kind of service. Gyser not working
f) These peoples dangerous please avoid coming to this resort they are uncultured and dangerous. Else you will regret.
