As per room condition price was high. Not provide AC @ Rs. 1100 they asked for extra Rs. 400 for that

This hotel is located just infront lane of he Kolkata municipal corporation. Location is convenient but Rooms are dirty as compared to the price. They will literally knock again and again at the door after 8 am. Even though you're not ready to leave the room, they will force you to live. I have always checkout at 11 am in the morning in the all the hotels in Pan India, don't know who has set this timing.

কলকাতায় কম দামে থাকার জন্যে ভাল একটি হোটেল। হোটেল কর্মচারীদের ব্যবহারও দারুণ। হোটেল থেকে বেরিয়েই শিয়ালদহ থেকে ট্রেন বা বাস ধরে কলকাতার যে কোন জায়গায় যাওয়া যায়।

The worst hotel i have stayed ever! Room service is very bad and the staff behavior is also very bad.i will never stay here.very dirty room and very bad service.

Not a good place for halting at night. The rooms are not hygienic.you can find cockroaches under the beds. The room service also poor in such high fare of rooms.

I hate this hotel. This hotel reveals that the people in kolkata are very bad from their inner side.
