We had a pathetic experience with the food. It was really spicy and non edible. Staff was rude and non supportive. Not recommended

Staff behaviour is not good specially reception and manager talk people with very rudely. Opinion of mine: broken window, dirty room, bedsheet, pillow cover, blanket are very dirty so not recommended for any one and collect extra charge in cash and say you are comlaint any where idhar ka police sirf hamari baat manti h

High rate for all food, briyani rate rs. 259 but not well. Very bad, I am not interested food prices.

Worst please ever. Their staff behaviour is very disrespectful. And food is 3rd class. Never come here. In thali they said one menu but provided different!

Worst response of staff and manager both. While ordering menu, they not listened properly and charged extra of items not ordered. Even item what was ordered, was not brought and then started fighting. Manager also supported staff and not worried about us

Lootne k liye ready hai.price gamble during check in & out. To sum it all " Its a Tatttttttttiiiiiiiii hotel& its service. "

Most third class hotel eversince. Dirty every were. They looted public money. Their food so much expensive but unhealthy.a micropic fish they charge 225 plus gst. They make people cheat by taking money in cash but they take gst, online payment not allowed, so they cheat public. They cheat government also, because they take only cash.please don't go this fraud hotel.

Location is very good, just opposite of Darjeeling station, view from hotel balcony is good. Staffs are very cooperative. Rooms are very small. Otherwise cheap but good staying.

A very pathetic experience with the restaurant.when asked where to sit.one of the waiter outrightly said “pike aya kya”. Uncouth illiterate waiters.there are a lot of other restaurants nearby.do visit that if possible

We ate our dinner in their restaurant. The taste was good. They tried to give best possible food they had.

It was night and we were unable to get any goof food joint in Darjeeling at 9pm.
So it was good, with good service.

Not suggested and recommended at all.
Room belongs are not upto the mark like Bedsheet, pillow cover, blanket are messy.
Room cleaned once at the time of check-in, no matter how long you stay.
The best part of the hotel is it's location, just opposite Darjeeling Railway station, Tax Stand, Mall Road, petrol pump and Darjeeling Mall etc.

Do not stay in this hotel when you are coming to Darjeeling. The hotel is worst No hygiene room. No clean bathroom. Somebody had done urine in bedsheet and they have not cleaned even. This hotel is horrifying I recommend everyone as I have experienced please do not stay

Being located just opposite to Darjeeling station its gains an extra feather on its cap. Besides location good food is also available especially Bengali foods.

Food at this hotel is "ek number" you order anything chowmean, burger, noodles, pasta, normal indian food. Great Great Great Taste. Price is budget friendly, good sitting space. Miss Simran is very polite, jovial and helpful in Finalizing the order and she also supports you by handling babies (if you have infants + toddlers) so that you can enjoy food. Service is very quick and prompt. I say must try a meal at this hotel if you are in Darjeeling. It is located just oposite to Darjiling Railway Station (Steam + Diesel Toy Train). Do relax here and enjoy some good soup and food of your choice anytime morning to night after completing your JOY Ride. Thank you. DONT DRINK & DRIVE - ENJOY ROAD TRAVEL. Hotel receptionist behaviour is very very bad. Room quality is not good poor quality only money west.

Bad customer service like anything, took like 9-10 mins to bring a water bottle, the workers attitude towards customers are also very poor like they don’t even want to cater you. It was a totally bad experience like anything.

Best for new people who will 1st visit darjeeling. Opposite of darjeeling station. Balcony view is feel like you are in heaven.
