Comfortable sitting arrangement in a Large ac hall on 1st floor though a narrow stairs. Good testy food. Clean n hygienic kitchen

A very bad hotel to experience lunch at Kolaghat. The food quality is substandard, as is the service. Not at all recommended for a stop.

Worst hotel ever visited. Please visit sher e Punjab if it’s over crowded then visit sher e hind but not this one. They will treat you like a servent not a customer. I belong to a industry where customer is treated as a king.

One of my friend called one waiter Horlicks as he having spectacles wirh minus power. And for this reason I personally apologies to the manager. But instead of that they forced my family to denied the food. Never ever visit this restaurant. And this incident happened at night of 01 midnight of Astami. It quite possible that my friend is little bit drunk. I didn't appreciate the behavior of my friend. But this is not acceptable from a Manager of a restaurant where my family is there. Always visited Sber e Punjab. Today also visited sher e punjab but getting late due to over crowded that's why visited this place.

Request everyone to Never visit this restaurant. It’s best to be getting late in sher e punjab or any other nearby hotel but not this one.
