The O2 Banquets, led by Manager Prasanjit Saha, delivered an exceptional experience for my parents' 52nd marriage anniversary. Despite the geographical distance, Prasanjit's assistance in menu selection and remote planning was invaluable. The event, attended by 150 guests, showcased impeccable service, meticulous planning, and flawless execution. Guests were truly impressed by the level of detail and seamless orchestration. Prasanjit's team ensured everyone left exceedingly content with the top-notch service provided. The O2 Hotel's commitment to making this anniversary unforgettable speaks volumes about their dedication to customer satisfaction.
Some guests stayed in O2 VIP, where the staff's exceptional service shone by accommodating extra room requests during peak occupancy. This experience solidified my trust in O2 Hotel for future event planning. Kudos to Prasanjit and the team for their remarkable work.

Had a great experience however the linen given in the table tops and chair were very dirty even after specifically informing to give clean once while booking.

Stayed there for 2days and the experience was nice. Rooms were neat and clean. Washroom was very clean. And the foods were very tasty. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were very fresh and tasty.

I got a chance to stay here when my flight from Guwahati to Raipur was missed due to some technical issue with airline and I was stranded at Kolkata airport. The airline has arranged a room for me with food till my next flight next early morning. The front office was courteous. The room given was a twin bedded room. Room was well maintained and clean. All modern amenities were present. Washroom was neat and clean. Sleep quality was good. The food was average and was part of package. Buffet dinner was offered. I had to checkout early morning and I was glad to see that at 4.30 in the morning we were offered tea, coffee, juices, muffins and sandwich. My stay was very comfortable. The property is very close to airport.

Outstanding staff. We are so glad to here. Staff's behaviour was very Cooperative.best experience and best night. Food was very tasty, yummy. Here taxi service was also Spectacular. Rooms are very neat and clean. If I get a chance for wondering again in city of joy kolkata. I'll make sure will come here in this hotel.

Went to Banquet hall and rooftop section to attend a wedding reception party. Nice place to celebrate your special dates with your guests.

Most advantageous is the location. 2-3 minutes from airport. Rooms 6/10. Breakfast 6/10. Staff behaviour 8/10.

The food is really good and it's pretty affordable the service is also great though the preparation of the food takes a little bit too long apart from that it's a really good restaurant to dine in it has good food decent ambience and good service definitely recommend it if you wanna go for a casual eat although it's not that over the top in matter of ambience

Parking is not there. They use VIP road for parking which leads to jam on the road. And common people and commuters are suffered for this.

The decoration is good but there are some ill mannered staff and there wasn't any air conditioning. I went for a interview there and many people came. We were told to wait in a room in the basement without any air flow or air conditioning.

Nice ambience to hang around with friends. Possibly the best value for money choice around Airport area. Having said that, little on the expensive side. Overall good.

Average food. There is a bar inside but without music. They charge Rs 50 for 1lt bottle water which is illegal.

Had Sizzler and ginger pinnacoda. The food was not up to the quality of such a big restaurant. The service was also not up to the mark. The ambience was good

Prime location on VIP Rd. Close to airport. Got two adjacent buildings. The ambiance of the new building is better.

The restaurant was quite nice. The food was great and the staffs were helpful. The atmosphere was bit noisy though but the arrangement was top class. I would definetly visit again.

Location is superb. It's just 5 mints away from the Kolkata airport. I attended one program here.food was good.
