I recently ate at Hotel Pan Asia, Kalighat, and I must say I was quite disappointed with the food. The quantity served was extremely limited. Even a simple dish like Biriyani left me wanting for more. It felt like they were skimping on portions, and it didn't match the price we paid for the meal. While the quality was decent, the lack of quantity left me unsatisfied. If you're someone who enjoys hearty meals, this might not be the ideal place for you.
One of the worst hotels I have seen asked me for extra money 500 in cash otherwise not giving room and even after paying 1092 + 500 got the smallest room I hope oyo should remove this hotel from their app
They charged extra money after paying full amount in Oyo app they demand extra money.without extra money they are not ready to give any room. Behavior of receptionist specially the lady was very bad.she misbehave with my partner.also try to physical when my partner is trying to capture their behavior in camera.
Oyo confirm this hotel 2nd time. But they also refused by saying there is no vacant booked room. Offer luxurious room by paying 3X payment. Also oyo didn't refund my advance money. Never go to this oyo and never book through oyo app. If you do than u r in great trouble.
Stayed at this place thanks to its location. Rooms are very ordinary. Maintained very badly with used linen lying all over the place. Cleanliness is casualty.
This hotel is fraud. They show low hotel prices in OYO and deny to give rooms at Reception during check in. They ask for extra money for room. Very bad behaviour by the receptionist. Even if you show booking Id, payment reciept, all info.they deny to give rooms. I have entire booking and payment conversation with Oyo customer care and booking Id. Never suggest this hotel to anyone. Too much harassment, waste of time and money.
Very bad experience. I have booked 2 rooms for two days and I am standing in front of reception from Last 1 hour But they are not providing the room They are telling to pay extra and they are doing this thing to everyone. I have already booked the tickets online and paid full amount. Now they hav asked to wait that and I am still waiting and they are asking extra money for room booking from whata I have already paid.
Didn't honoured Makemytrip voucher so had to pay extra. But seems every hotel in India is doing this. Apart from it, a good hotel at nice location. Lake Mall is at walkable distance. Kalighat temple 1 km.

Decent hotel - rooms are adequate for one or two night stay - functional. The extra star is for the location - it is situated very close to Rao’s Udupi hotel, Ramakrishna lunch home, maharani’s and Sharma as well.
I BOOKED THIS HOTEL THROUGH OYO APP PAID THE FULL AMOUNT ONLINE BUT THEY DENIED CHECK IN. THEY WERE ASKING TO PAY ALMOST ₹750 EXTRA (IN ADDITION TO PAID ONLINE) This is very fake hotel

If there is zero star, I would have given it to this stay. The room was booked through Oyo and the total payment for stay was Rs. 10780/ but when while checking in, the people at the front desk increased the price to Rs. 17500/- due to Puja rush. All efforts to reach Oyo and negotiate with hotel failed and I had no option but to pay the extra difference. Then the “Luxury” room allotted was smallest room I have ever stayed. There is no room to walk in the room and all you can do is to sit on the bed. The cellular jail rooms in Port Blair would be bigger than this. The staff are underpaid and overworked due to which they do not attend to room service which is extremely bad and is done only if you follow up with them that too once in two or three days. This a SCAM HOTEL. Stay away from this hotel.
Highly disappointed! Even though the hotel is listed in the Oyo booking, the owner didn't accept it and is not ready to talk with the Oyo care personnel. Guys, if you are going with family, don't book it through Oyo. I booked it through Oyo care and made payment in advance. When I reached the hotel, the owner said the room was already booked and asked for extra money for another room. I had no option and had to pay. But I was surprised because, during checkout, another person was talking to Oyo care regarding the same issue. I don't know why it was so. Based on my experience, I will not recommend this hotel at all.
I almost stayed for one week along with my friends, Owners and staff are friendly with others payment wise we got personal discount also. Good ambience maintained well house keeping, location is near by shopping and transportation. I always prefer this hotel for my future stay.
I just went to have dinner with friends at their restraunt & the taste of the food we ordered, as well as their service was not at all good, Like we had to ask for mineral water from them for more than 5times & the food we ordered tasted the worst.
The Panasia International is a good 3 star hotel in a good location. Hotel is little bit costly but according to location and facilities it is ok. There are verious types of room according to size and facilities. Lift facilities are available and all rooms are wheel chair accessible. Complementary buffet breakfast is good. Hotel staff manage car parking on the road side. This is not located on the main road so noise and pollution are less. Good place to stay for the guest of local people for any occasions. This is not comparable with any guest house.
Great food and the service is great rooms are luxurious nd guest service is great recommend it highly for parties.staffs are friendly nd prices are also low. 10 on 10
