The room was horrendous and needed a lot of maintenance. It was less of a hotel and more of a crumbling house. It was damp all over. The room has windows but there is no view except darkness. The locality is dull. Not at all professional. The receptionists are there to loot you whenever they get a chance.

Simply the price was not worth it. It's better to spend more on booking another hotel than to stay here.

The only good thing is they have few good people serving the hotel who try to help.

This was more of a godown rather than hotel, toilets are like public toilet, stains everywhere, hotel restaurant was pathetic, unhygienic, had stomach infection after having food once …won’t recommend to anyone

The hotel is good in normal sense, not to expect too much. If your expectation is too high, then it will not be fulllied. The food in the hotel restaurant is reasonable and standard. The hotel has water heater, and the stuff was good and well behaved and also this hotel all kind of payment facility and 15 mints form the station.

It's amazing experience. Affordable price. Food quality is very good. And staff behavior is nice.

Best place to stay and Dine-out. Hotel Owner as well as staffs are very humble to customers. They are maintaining proper Covid-19 protocols. We are very much satisfied.

We are here for a meeting. Service is good. Clean and hygienic environment as per local standard. Good location for a small meeting or get together.

Rooms are so so here. You can't stay in rooms for long because rooms are too cozy specially single room. You have to manage to keep your luggage as there are little space to keep luggage. Amenities are less but behaviour of staff as well as owner is good. Food preparation is good but quality of fish is not very good.

Situated in the interior. Hotel is a nice one. No Kinley water available. Restaurant service needs to be better. Overall good.

Behaviour of staff is excellent. Food is good. Coffee is a bit expensive (50 rupees per cup). All washrooms do not have geysers. There is no such view from the resort. But it is a good place for hault for one night.

I would have given no star, but there is no provision. One of the worst hotel. First of all what they are charging is very much and they are giving no facility not even 10 percent. The rooms were stinking, they have given geyser facility but when you touch the tap you will feel shock there was no proper earthing i told the manager about the issue but problem was not solved. Over that the attendant and other employees including manager was not co-operarive at all, they will not talk in straight forward manner, mannerless person. As if they don't need customers. One of the worst feeling in my life in lodges. I request everyone if you are going with family not yo stay there.

Location wise good at the heart of the town. Above average not so
extra ordinary. Adjacent restaurant Rajarshi was good serving variety of bengal cuisine and rates are reasonable.

It's a nice place to spend a night or so. Small town hotel. Rooms with good fasciitis. But they don't have lift, they have cctv. And a restaurant.

Third grade place. Filthy to the core. Poor in hygiene. Someone should carry a health check on their kitchen. Filthy dirty and a breeding ground for all diseases. If you wish to challenge your immune system.go for it.

This one star is only for the food and courteous behaviour of the service boys. Other than this it was such a horrible experience overall staying here.this hotel is just pathetic and receptionists behave horribly bad. Rooms are big but no sign of proper daily maintenance. Common corridors are too narrow and filthy, restaurants a shame and service appalling.first of all price is not at all justifying the room condition & interio. It's quite a bit costly compare to other hotels.we booked total 4 rooms.since we were staying only one night so i figured out we could make it through and by the bye room rent also were paid in advance while booked through Make my trip app.geyser didn't work.bathrooms are not clean.stains allover.and for your info they're having their own restaurant.though food quality is good but service is intollerable.whenever u order food, u have to wait for atleast 30-45mins to get the food delivered.and last but not the least while we checked in we have requested for late c/out as next day morning after sightseeing we thought we we might be late by max to max 1/2 n hr to 1 hour for check out and the lady receptionist assured us and suugested that we can keep our luggage in one room and keys of the other vacant rooms should be handed over to them.accordingly we've planned everything.but next day they denied and refused the same and started argument.in short the hotel is a blight and it it should be closed down.
