Since they are renowned for their food quality they are becoming arrognat day by day and food quality & taste become poor day by day. Also some of their staff' behavior is very careless. They don’t serve the customer but expect tips. How irony na?

This is my 1st time to staying hotel Rajnandini. First of all I don't expect that their Hotel can be so good and every staff works so nicely. Nd their room decoration is very awesome. And their room service nd food quality is very good

I stayed at Rajnandini Hotel for the first time and my first experience is very good.all the staff here are very smiling face and very good service and the girl at the reception is she is very polite very sweet girl.

The service was awful. Staff was not active at all and the food serving was very bad, the surving was bad food was all over the table. I am very disappointed I don't want to give any stars but there is no option so I'm giving one star

There was a event and they were worked in day time when normal we people go for the lunch and they were working there in our eating place and that was so bad thing. But yeah food quality was good. But about the ambience we need that they need to understand.we are also paying for it and we go there for spending some time with our love ones. So they need to understand customer’s privacy.

I'm going there since 2015.and food quality was very good.and price was also reasonable.ambience is good.must try "korean fish". Signature dish of " hotel rajnandidi ". There was also a bar in the 1 st floor.named "high voltage ". Highly recommend.

This is my first time visit this hotel.whit my friend. I was ordered schezwan fried rice it was very bad test I never had like this food in my life very bad test This food.and delivery time also to let I will never recommend my friend to visit this hotel. I heard one of the best hotel in habra but I don't believe.

We booked our stay via Oyo for 2nd Dec 2020 while travelling from Jharkhand. When I was about to reach the hotel I got a message from Oyo that my booking has been cancelled. After calling their number so many times and requesting the property manager he finally agreed to accomodate us by booking directly from him. He said that Oyo will refund our money or either he will adjust that money in our current bill unfortunately which never happened. Rooms were so clumsy and washroom was so dirty. Water was clogging everywhere in the washroom. TV wasnt working. AC was not cooling. No toilettries were provided. No breakfast and tea option was there. They have only focused on their Bar and restaurant and have no ethics on how to deal with customers who are coming for a stay. Very pathetic staff and they were only trying to con us by saying that we will get refund from Oyo. First they cancelled booking by themselves and later forced us to book the property at their price. Dont recommend this for staying. Maybe their food and restaurant are nice but its definetely not a place where you want to go and stay with your family. I so wish i can give them negative rating.

They serve rice with coriander chatni and bones of the name of hydrabadi mutton biryani. And bitter cucumber in the salad. They serve poor quality salad.and rice quality of the hydrabadi Briyani is just disgusting.just disgusting

One of the best restaurants in & around Kolkata. Great ambience & food quality and quantity as well only the price is just a bit high else Rajnandini is just about the perfect restaurant. Staffs are professional, decent and well behaved. It is just perfect place to hangout or dine with family or friends.

Nice food specially mutton biriyani and kababs. Huge place for sitting and well behaved stuffs. They also have in-house bar. It's walking distance (just 5 minutes) from habra railway station.

This is one the best restaurant in Kolkata for biriyani and kababs. We visited the restaurant for lunch on 2 days during February. The restaurant is located beside Fancy market in Kidderpore. First day we ordered Galauti kabab and awadhi mutton biriyani. The Galauti kababs were delicious and just melted in our mouths. The awadhi mutton biriyani was their signature dish and was equally delicious. Next day we ordered mutton chap, paratha and their signature dish Kacchi biriyani. Lastly we finished with Shahi tukra. It was really an experience to dine at India Restaurant. If you love Mughlai dishes, just go for India Restaurant. You will not regret your decision.

Decent place for a small town with an urban menu and setting serving North Indian, Bengali and Oriental cuisine. Don't expect much in terms of taste and it will be good. The place is clean and kept well. All food is freshly prepared and served so it is suggested to be patient whilst the food is getting ready. The staff is friendly and polite and help give good suggestions for orders. The food can be customized as needed especially for people who may be allergic to certain foods. Fascinating atmosphere.always maintains quality of dishes.the staffs are well efficient and cordial.can fell the same surrounding like a metropolitan city.the interior decoration is no doubt majestic. Inspite of being great quality can get the expected dishes in reasonable price.can also spend some prosperous moment with near and dear ones.as far as customers view is concerned it is the certainly best at habra city.

Do Not expect good or great hospitality or proper food n beverage service here even if you pay 300 for any simplest dish.ordered a hot toddy costed 260/- which was not at all upto the mark, thats alright. Beside the supervisor who was after our table was unethically a man of low calibre, no smile, nor welcoming in nature, unpleasant attitude.least assistive however servers were good but not great as per renowned Name "Rajnandini'.
I suggest staff needs a uniformity and proper etiquettes and i am sure improving this may trigger and attract more business and visitors.

I am a biriyani lover. The quality and Taste of biriyani is getting worse day by day but the price increases. Last time the mutton is not boiled perfectly.

One of the best restora in habra, but there service is very bad, minimum waiting time will be 1hr after ordering the food.

Worst pizza i have ever tasted. Never gonna order again from here, it's not even worth 250 rs pizza to be honest. It's like buying readymade pizza 60rs quality. Definitely this type of food didn't expected

This hotel is situated in habra, it to take approximately 2 to 3 minutes walk from the station.you don't need to be worried to find out the hotel because it is one of the most famous hotels in habra so you just need to ask anyone and they will let you know where the hotel is situated.there is also a bad situated in the first floor of the hotel so you can enjoy your liquor if you want

So we have tried mixed fried rice, rainbow chicken and blue lagoon. Taste of the food was really good. The behavior of the staffs are really good and what should I tell about the ambience ️its too good.

Loved their special chicken biryani during the Durga puja days this year! Awesome taste and the they gave a chicken piece which was worth it! And no compromise in the food quality even in the Durga puja evening rush hours! ️
