Hotel Ratna Deep, Jalpaiguri

Given Jalpaiguri, it is a nice place to stay for work. Very warm staff. Room is a little broken, but the staff will take care of everything to make you feel at home.

The place is nice but the food is worst food I've ever eaten in my entire life at any restaurant I SWEAR. 2 stars for the atmosphere there

Good food.has a big banquet hall for various types of parties.but the staff members are quite rude and takes long time to serve food even though it remains empty most of the time.it also has room for guests to stay

Accommodation is ok but food is average. They usually took 45 mnts to 1hr to serve coffee and pakora even the restaurant is empty or with two three customers.

Hotel is good and hotel hospitality is very good. The restaurant of the food is delicious and testy. And hotel rooms are very well decorated.in shot it's good hotel in Jalpaiguri.

Service was horrible wrost employees ever I have seen in my carrier we waited half an hour for one roti people should not visit there

This place is one of the great hotel in jalpaiguri, most important they welcome ADULT UNMARRIED couple with warm heart. Quality of room, room service, food, bathroom, other services are also such great.
I will suggest not to book room online, go to the hotel and book it for better price.
Only problem is here all beds are single bed, no double bed is available but then also it's better to have single bed with a couple on it, if u know what I mean.
I will suggest take ur water with you.

It was a very good hotel at their early days. But now its a total mess. Specially the food is horrible, both quantity and quality. Would never suggest this place.

Really bad service. Staffs are really rude. They didn't provide any items (coffees, tea, soap, shampoo, even towel) as mentioned in website. I will not recommend any other person to book this hotel.

Good hotel in Jalpaiguri, with all the necessary facilities at your fingertips, room service is very responsive, the room rents and food charges are reasonable.

The food was extremely good. It was suitably priced and the management authority starting from the waiter to the cashier were well behaved and cooperative. The dish to look out here is Hyderabadi Biryani, it is the best I have ever tasted.

Beautiful 2 star rated hotel, with a resturant in it. Rooms are very clean and clear. But one problem is water cannot available all of the time some times. But if you call to reception then they can help you.

Rooms are specious. Hot water is always available. Karala river is just few steps away. Staffs are helpful. Room service can be still improvised.
