Worst experience of all time, beds in room are broken, there is no service in the name of service, RUDE AND ABUSIVE STAFF, don't recommend to anyone. Price is also comparatively to other hotels in the are.each furniture in the room is boken, toilet has no shower, no soap and shampoo even was provided. AT THE TIME OF CHECK OUT demanded extra money even after paying all the amount befor check-in. PLEASE REFER OTHER HOTELS IN THE AREA.

I rented a 600 rupees room.
But when I checked out they said I have to pay an extra GST 12% iTel I don't want a GST bill but they said, you don't want a GST bill you have to pay at least 50 rupees for no reason. And they take 50 rupees forcefully. I had a very bad experience in this hotel

Horrible experience. The receptionist doesn't know how to treat customers. Dirty rooms. Once you go there you cannot come back without giving money to the reception. They will seize your luggage and will not let you leave. The hotel should be banned.

The worst hotel probably! Why? I visited the hotel for one night (I had an exam) nd bro! The room I got was clean but the fan was not running well.it was so slow! Bathrooms were dirty! But honestly the staffs were good. I won't lie! U know it's for middle class people nd we being middle class have to struggle for very little things! But search some other hotels they can probably provide u better facilities!

Nearest hotel from Asansol Station. Good from outside and structure from inside. But common bathroom is very dirty like train general coach toilets. No water in bathroom. Room size is good but is not clean properly. Best for short time stay near station.

Low budget good hotel. Staff is good but they need to improve their cleanliness. We always carry our own bedshit and pillow covers.

Rat was found inside the room. There is no arrangement for hanging clothes inside the bathroom. Need to focus on cleanliness
