Hotel RK Continental

Very pathetic and in bad condition. As no more good lodging avialble near by Raniganj so we went there but rooms were shabby, ac not working, lizards moving around, security not in place.

I stayed in an AC double bed room in Enad for one day, I think it's quite an old hotel here and once had a great name but nowadays the hotel is not well maintained but pretty good not too bad thanks for the one night stay

Any of our family occasions are always conducted always in R. K continental. A perfect lodge with air conditioned, music systems, stage and many other facilities. It can hold a croud of 500 people easily.

Comfortable a/c room, Good location, moderately priced. Room service is not that great. Food at attached restaurant is tasty.

Worn out toilet and gate fittings, they need to replace. Behaviour is good. Centrally located.

Room condition and service not up to the mark with respect to high price. AC not worked in AC Room.

It is in Raniganj in WB and in that standard of Raniganj it is really attractive in the sense of parking space. Lot of two wheeler and 4 wheeler can be parked. Now at marriage and other functions it is very popular.

There room is very dirty and uncomfortable to stay here. Even their all the furniture is too old and dirty as well as TV in rooms

-ve: 1. AC rooms are given without remote (u can not control temperature only option is to switch it on or off.)
. 2.the hotel is ancient but painted recently (from plug point to door lock, CRT TV).
. 3. Bathrooms are dirty (no jet for Washing, so u have to seat at bathroom floor to get ur back cleaned)
. 4. Every transaction is done by Hard-Cash (from hotel reception to restaurant)
. 5. If u are staying for more than one day u will not get any room service in between (manager says its the policy).
. 6. Manager (fair, with glasses) is rude and they will treat u like a machine and its irritating.

Best hotel to stay in raniganj. Cleanliness, cooperative staff. Price also cheap. FL off shop in ground floor. Foods little bit expensive.

Bakwas khaana and suspicious billing. Cook don't even know the basics about the way of making north indian and Chinese items, They don't accept digital payment, 'card machine not working' notice is hanging everytime I visited there since last one year which always creates doubts about fair financial practices. Electronic bills were issued where cgst and sgst taxes on liquor is not mentioned properly. Though the service staff were good and service was prompt. Overall had a bitter experience and will never go to that place again.

The hotel is situated on the main road. Connectivity from the hotel to anywhere is good. The food of the hotel is also ok the staffs are also good and they will guide you. Prices of the room is also affordable.

The toilet is not cleaned and there is no proper place to wash hands. Lack of proper sanitation.

U can stay here for just 1k per night. It's having all thing wich u required to stay like bar and restaurant. And all d facility

Clean and spacious rooms, ample car parking and banquet facility available bathrooms need renovation.
