Worst service we get even at the front office manager doesn't have minimum sense to speak with a customer hospitality is tooo worst.

I didn't stay there. It is walking distance from howrah railway station just opposite to howrah long distance bus stand (Digha - howrah). No frills budget hotel.

A/c Room @ ₹2000/- Room ok but pillow covers & bedsheets looking like used from last one week no hot water lift operator also angry guy

Owner behaviour is very bad, they talked rudely, they will not provide facility house keeping water bottle any other things after 10pm they slept no listen client voice

It's fine. Bathrooms aren't as clean. If you're staying overnight and have absolutely nowhere to go you can stay here. Owner only accepts cash, not card or any digital methods of payment. So keep that in mind before going there.

Room itself is kept clean. Has a TV a wash basin and a bathroom. It's functional. But won't recommend you stay here long.

Negative star, Receptionist is very rude, missbehaves with every guest, specially seeing that the group is ladies.

Nice rooms, modern day bathroom, quality room service. Even quite close to the market and Karol Bagh metro station. With a lot of food stalls nearby. Even they have nice food and in good quantity.

Location of hotel is near by howrah railway station and bus stand. I have found bedbuge in bedsheet. Not a good experience to stay here.

Bad customer talking skills. They dont even know how to talk to customers. I will suggest every one not to check in in these hotel roos are also not clean properly and if asked to clean they keep on arguing and told us they will clean the room once in 4 days. Please think before you check in

Rooms are maintained but water could not come out from taps fitted with old damaged pipes. One can imagine how could have been managed in the wash room. Aandhon me kana raja. Howrah me waise bhi buildings aur hotels ki halat kisi se chupi nahin hai.

SAKAT HOTEL needs an improvisation in cleanings if it is done, you will make it as STAR HOTEL.that is my suggestion to you.guys. KEEP CLEAN KEEP MORE MONEY.
