Good place to stay service is good also room is very good and the best thing is that it is in centre place of kolkata

Nice room and space. I stayed in 3 bed AC room for 2 days.also supportive staff. I don't know no why other reviews rated is low but I will suggest it definitely.and if I came again I will surely stay here

One of the worst experiences ever. Booked the room for 2 nights by the time we reached the hotel the hotel staff gave off the rooms to someone else. Hotel staff’s are very rude. Don’t even think booking a room here. They used abusive language. They didn’t even call us before giving out our rooms. Our booking was confirmed, paid fully yet they decided to cancel. So please make your decision wisely. It’s good to pay little money extra and book rooms in good hotels. I have learnt my lessons.

Very poor quality rooms, horrible experience every where durty all blankets are durty bad smelled, bleaching powder smelled, bad condition, bed not comfortable to sleep, ac room but remote not allowed, direct connection, Only on & off system. Charging points condition also bad, may be For room service only 2 person available one is old angry men and another one is polite young men No dining area or no food facility at the premises, you should take out side or order one of them to bring that your room, only bed sheet and pelow cover clean.

This is highly request to the owner please look in to the matter very carefully and sensitively we people are always travelling entire year for work or any others purpose after a hard work for a entire day we need atleast basic convenience. Please take care of your premises from your bottom of the heart.may be my words are hurting you but i am sorry i am just shareing my experience thats is, hope you take it in a positive way

Worst hotel in esplanade.please dont go there, the staffs are talking very rude and undisciplined. The rooms quality is very poor the roof is totally damaged and material of the roof coming out.and the height of the roof is approx 7 ft only. And after this condition they will charge you too much. So my suggesion is that you will never go to this hotel.

The behavior of the staff members was very bad. There was no any safety of customers. Without any prior notice, they closed the entrance, and didn't open it at all. The customer who checked in sharp at 12: 30pm had to spend whole night on footpath. Still in the morning, on asking about the cause, they replied that If you are not satisfied, you can check out.

I checked in there in 2018. Haunted environments keep the lights off most of the time. At first impression, it looks like a rehab center. The environment is dirty. The water seeped from the roof to the floor. The staff could not provide good service. But now I can not say what the situation is. Overall my experience was not good, not recommended

Low cost Hotel abou 1000/night at Dharmatola.
Not clean.after seeing rooms didn't stay here
