Hotel Samrat Inn

IT WAS GOOD SERVICE AND VERY WELL BEHAVIOUR AND IT'S FOOD QUALITY WAS TOO GOOD BY HOTEL SAMRAT INN AND THEIR SWIMMING POOL IS ACTUALLY MIND BLOWING.

Room is not good nd the balcony was very dirty.each nd every time call reception for remote not working or fan was like sound horrible bathroom lock was not working.actual this hotel is not maintaining properly.nd the swimming pool was not good.

Very good indeed, in aspect of hotels near around Tarapith, you can't expect better than this.

Rooms are not clean, staffs are horrible, they don't care about food order, manager is very good this is the third time I went but this time food and service is very very poor must take care at this part

10 mins walking distance from temple and nice location out of congested area. Beautiful pool, vast parking space delicious food you can order anything from their menu and you will not be upset.
Rooms are quite big enough but needs to be upgraded and few modifications required based on the room rent. Double AC rooms 1700 & 4 bedded 2500. Also they must look into the room service which needs improvement.

Rate 3.5 exact. Rooms are spacious but not maintained. Washroom can be much cleaner. Food services quite good. Location is also nice.

I have visited Samrat Inn previously so I thought it will be good as before. But this time I had smelly fish. In room singal is not there for tv, ac remote not working, noisy fan, cupboard door not getting locked and finally fixed with piece of paper, washroom exhaust faulty. Proper dusting was also not done in room from very long time. They did repair exhaust, tv for that day but very next morning again signal issue appeard for tv.
Food was okay. Room was overrated.

Neat and tidy rooms. Reasonable tarrif. Good services. Pool is not that well maintained. Prime location. Overall a value for money.

Good place to stay in Tarapith.budgeted room with lift, park and swimming pool facility. I stayed there in a four bedded room.tariff was 2800/night. Toilet is not up to the mark but rest all are good.
