Hotel Shaan

Poor hygiene, worst condition of washroom. No ventilation or exhaust fan in washroom, poor condition of linen. West of money.

Too costly but the ambience is good. I tried biryani there during this Puja, not up to the mark.

Overall a good experience, breakfast was very good. The only con I can think of is that food and drinks are very expensive.

High rate of foods. Quality is not high as per price. No alloted parking place. Work is going on for more facilitation.

Our room had serious water logging problem in the bathroom. Almost all water came back inside the room.
The other room was ok, no issues and hospitality of staffs were also good

Not worth the money.the owner is requested to atleast lower the prices until its under construction. Room are dark not worth staying.

Hotel is in the middle of a village and far from station and IIT KGP (15KM). No communication is there and auto, Toto will charge 500 for one side ride. New construction of the hotel is going on. There is nothing in this hotel except the room. However room facilities were ok. So it is very inconvenient and highly overpriced. A big no to this hotel.

Awesome bar. Good ambience. Variety of drinks and food. Overall fun place to hangout. Location is bit off on highway, sometimes not visible due to the overway.

Hotel staff is not at all understanding or courteous. Photos shown are different hotel in real is all broken and the rooms smell as well.

Nice restaurant and good service. Food was very good, all the items served were with nice and different taste and not made with same gravy. The ambience was good. The lounge was huge and good. For Kharagpur, it's a good place to have except for the dusty area outside but inside of the hotel is very well maintained.

It’s an average place for dine out. Ambience is decent. Food is also good and tasty. But this place is over expensive compared to the quality and quantity of food it serves. The menu doesn’t offer much varieties and you’re stuck with whatever option they’ve.

It is still in construction phase, though interior is descent. Club culture not up to the standards, need to improve more in the beverages/drinks part. DJ should be arranged properly it's useless.rest services is satisfactory, needs guidance and grooming.

Not worthy of calling a hotel now. It's under construction and is not in a position to cater stay. This hotel must not accept booking until the construction work is finished.
Food bill was high. 124 inr. For two cups of tea can explain that.

Very costly, even a bottle of water is around rs49,
Cold drink bottle (rs30-35) served in two glasses costs almost rs100.

Guys trust me. I stayed here so that i can get the real review of this hotel
First of all prices are very high
Secondly during rainy season its a very bad place for staying as the place has many leakage
Thirdly due to water contain in tiles u might get fall and break ur bones
