Hotel Shabnam

We checked into this hotel. We managed to wash and hang up wet clothes. Imagine our surprise when we were asked to move out, because the owner did not allow foreigners to move in. In the end, after an argument, we were allowed to stay the night. But the mood for the whole day was ruined! Not recommended for foreigners!

If you are a "foreign", don't go to this place, we booked through Booking for 2 nights and when we got there they didn't let us stay because they say they don't work with foreigners.something that they don't say in booking.they didn't care leave us on the street.
I also think they did us a favor, the place is dirty, abandoned, rats in the alley.
As I said, European backpackers are not welcome there. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

Don't go there. I booked this hotel 2 days ago, But after reaching there they denied to offer me a room saying they don't have any room left. Neither the hotel nor oyo helped me. I had to look for other hotels myself. It was a new place for me. I was lucky to find another hotel.keep in mind don't trust either of them.

Hotel is fraud. They manupulate the customer, and them to stay for 2 hours instead of paying amount for 24 hours

Never book online in this hotel, we booked on OYO & prepaid for the room but still the receptionist denied us Check-in on arrival & said we are not available at any online booking platform, still we asked if there is any room available, he said there is one room, we saw the condition of that room & though better to live on the street rather than live in this unlivable, dirt & smelly room, the rooms are not as per shown in the photos & in very poor condition.

I am frst coming in this hottle. Room is to small nd bathroom is so dirty. Pipe lieakege.bed sheet also so dirty. That's rlly bad experience for me this hottle.

Very poor mentanance hotel, not good for staying. According to my previous booking it's very bed experienced.

I reached Hotel Sabnam early for check in, where the guy initially were not allowing me, but while I requested him and mentioned that I just need to get freshed up, he charged me more 200 rupees other than Oyo taken charge. I had to pay extra 140 rupees to him so as to allow me to the hotel room. It was a bad experience.

Located in a good area. Good enough place to stay for one night. Rooms were clean.

You will face the heat if you don't take the AC rooms. There is no window in some rooms.

Ha thora hotel ka bending aachi nhi hai. But ek gf bf k liye safe or aacha hai. Enjoy it

Go here to experience the worst. If u r unmarried couples to then the 2 paisa people will mock u, will stare at both. The rooms will make u vomit.

The Rooms were very small, toilets were totally unhygienic, unclean, water leakages. Bed sheets were dirty, unchanged for for many days. This hotel is in a Galli, 3rd floor, the stairs were damaged, very risky to go up. Stuffs were good in behaviour but not helpful, they were asking for extra money. I must tell you not to book this hotel. Take experience of mine, staying at howrah Station would be better! I got skin allergy from there.

The staffs were fully drunked.they misbehaved with coustomer.they stole your things. No parking.bad toilet.nasty bed.

Totally unhygienic toilet bed sheets are soiled no change, toilets are so dirty no geyser in rooms. Not worthy staying. Hotel located in hingy place. Oyo lost choice.

You guys have started cheating people. Rescheduling hotel at the last moment and giving cheap quality hotel rooms. Absolute waste of money by booking a room from you guys

Wrost lodge.they are taking pass pert size photos in their studio inside.and id proof also.so which they can misuse easily.fake sims.fake pass ports and many other black and illegal business.
