Hotel Shivanand

They have a lot to learn from Suprabhat Lodge owner opposite this hotel. They don't know how to take the new guest and show them the room, for asking 1400 rupees in the Shiva temple, they should first look at their qualifications in the mirror.

Good Service, no food Service except breakfast. Food facilities are very nearby, just beside the Guest House

I went to the property as they called me and mentioned that couples are allowed but once we reached at the property they denied to our stay. Not good

My sister and his family stayed in the hotel. It is decent for staying in the hotel and the staffs are good in service and helpful. Also they gave reasonable price as per location

Worst hotel, the staff needs to be trained properly as one of the staff who was 20 years or something was looking at us very disrespectfuly with tharki eyes even asking us very uncomfortable and personal questions. I was so scared to spend night not safe at all especially that staff who picks up bags very bad mannered

Neat and clean room. Near to Bagdogra Airport. Reasonable room charges. Nice and cooperative staffs.
But no Kitchen.

Poorly maintained property. Rooms smelled of smoke the entire time. The person at the property shubhankar didn't care about our concerns and was not helpful at all.

Rooms are good, clean, bathrooms not good, nobody came to clean room, no fooding facilities.

I took room for fresh. They collect Rs 800.00 for 2 hours.

Its a good stay in affordable price. There is no food available. You can try AVA hotel for food. The best place to have indian food without any doubt.

If you're not finding any cheaper stay, then stay here for overnight. No expectations at all. Unhygienic bathroom with water leakage, no tv connection, just see the blank tv. No food availability. Dirty towels, dirty bedsheets. No proper parking, you need to park in beside street. For everything you need to keep on asking them. Water, soaps, towels should be given default without ask. Unhygienic.

Looks good on outside, pathetic on in side.it's a lodge basically which has amenities of 90's maybe. Tv didnt work, geyser was there. Rooms are spacious but linens, sheets and blankets are filthy dirty and doesn't seems to be clean.
Lack of hygienic sense. Need to keep the place clean.

Definitely not a 3 start hotel. Please don't be in assumption that you will get class service from staff. Hotel is not even having reception nor staff.

Not so great place, but very convenient for travellers who catches early morning flight. Average cleanliness. Can be managed for a night. What best can you expect from this type of a city.
