Hotel is very nice, all the amenities are provided. Room is spacious. Washroom is good. They also provided small refrigerator. But, Since it is beside highway when empty truck passes the bed vibrates and in night there is too much noise due to vehicles passing on highway.

Service is worst. Behaviour with guests are extremely bad. They do not accept Oyo booking. They will force to pay extra on spot booking. Everyone should avoid staying here.

Bad location. Bad behaviour. Bad interiors. Bad professionalism. Bad food. Bad experience. There's nothing good that can be said about this hotel. Avoid booking at any cost as this may literally turn out to be a very bad experience. The negative reviews are actually genuine.

I booked my room in this hotel few days prior to my visit to Kolkata and still they said we don't have any booking and we don't have any room left to give. I visited Kolkata on 29th April with my son bcoz he had exam Wbjee next day and we booked hotel using agoda few days prior to 29th, we even confirmed on 28th April by calling on number provided to us but still when we reached hotel they simply said with a bad tone that we don't have any room booked in their hotel. We called Oyo and agoda customer service but they were not cooperative too. I already paid them the money for full stay and it's still isn't refunded. Really the worst experience ever.

Don't book rooms in this hotel either through oyo or directly. They are a kind of goons. I booked this hotel and when I visited this hotel denied my check in by making false excuses of power failure but when I noticed that they are using AC in their office and asked them the same then they started threatening me. Be Aware of this kind of situation can cause you big trouble.

Worst hotel, which askes RTPCR report after online payment! Before booking refused to show room after booking demanded RTPCR or highly costed offline payment again! Finally showed a suffocative box in the name of room, with no ventilation sufficient to kill a person within 15 mins, left the place immediately without risking life! Total wastage of money! Don't even look toward it

I came to check in late night. Then they refused my checkin because I didn't have RT PCR. I was about to leave then they said offline bookings are available. But the offline bookings cost was 3times of the rates in Oyo. Since it was late night. I agreed. Then they refused me to order food from outside. They said I must order from the hotel they mentioned. The rooms, bathroom are.

Worse hotel in kolkata, nobody should go to this cheap hotel and even oyo should black list this hotel or remove it from oyo apps.

They dont accept oyo bookings and local Id but if u go offline they ready to accept the local id! Rude person very disgusting!

The room was very untidy without maintenance, the manager said with lower price you will get untidy room. I would suggest OYO to put the real pics of the room as per the cost.

Don't book this hotel, it's worst hotel with lots of cockroaches which crawl on the bed when the lights are put off. You can't sleep peacefully due to the consistent noise. Poor hygiene. A horrific day I have spent there. Please avoid this hotel.

Stayed here. And felt most disgusting experience. First of all I got an offer & confirmed booking from OYO. But the Property owner refused to give the room. Right after cancel the booking from OYO. They gave me a room at 70% costly. Then after some time they switch off the AC. Hospitality was very very poor. My suggestion plz don't waste your time to this.

It has unhygienic rooms, bad hospitality, worst washrooms, tiny sink and the list is never endin. This hotel is located near the main road and you will feel like you are sleeping on the road. Staff will treat you as if you are staying for free. They asks for RTPCR reports, ID cards and all other details but didn't even clean the room nd washrooms before giving it to others.
Just one word: FILTHY

Bad hotel like a sigma hotel.very bad experience. A very dirty hotel with a lot of money is given. Too much dirty and too much Wasted money.

Very clean and safe hotel for married and unmarried couple.comparatively low price from other hotels. Very good location.

Unhygienic Alert
The stink of the room hit me as I went in, bedsheet was not clean enough, toilet was very dirty, water was dripping from the AC, even the AC was not working properly.
Staff service is not good, not cooparative at all. They won't be helpfull if you come through OYO.

Non professional staff. They want me to come direct to hotel not throw oyo. They don't welcome or cooprate with you when u come thru oyo

Room's equipments set up is well descending, comfortable and clean, best for any guest (family/friends/couple).
But one problem is that the foot dust is quickly come into contact with bedsheet due to absence of doormat. I think it should provide in this big setup of hotel.

Good hotel for accomodation. But, it does not have any fooding facility. As location is very next to the highway, you may feel disturbed by the sound of traffic and heavy loaded truck at night. But, the location is preferable.

My relatives stayed here during my wedding. They felt quite unsafe here and there were security concerns. Think twice before booking.

Very pathetic service rooms are darty. OYO free services are missing handwash towels blanket etc. TV not working.internet provide only for bill payment.

I paid 399 for one day for that price range it is good. The waiter guy is keep on asking for tips which is little annoying.

Its 3: 05 and I am laying my car instead of sleeping in the bed in the hotel. The air conditioning in my room “210” is not working and it is impossible to stay there. Outside and in the car it is way cooler than in the room. The worst holiday of my life!
