Location is good, very near to the Siliguri Junctiona and Tenzing Norgay Bus Terminus. Rooms are also good as per price. However cant comment on room service as the same was not availed.

Hotel manager was third class they don't give any service and always ready to misbehave guests when they are complaining

Too bad it was in comparison of payment, no service, no proper response and unpunctual. Please avoid to stay

Bad Bad Bad. Very very much bad behaviour of staff and manager. Yesterday night i said i will leave tomorrow 5am. Now 5am a boy said no bill available here, bill is with manager and he will come 9am. I call manager, manager said why you not received bill yesterday night, then i leave Hotel without bill.this is manager.

So bad don't ever come here they do like all verification without telling us any proper reason and their behavior is so bad i just felt so weird and uncomfortable

I am staying here from last 8 years, neat and clean very hygienic rooms. Service is slow but staff behaviour is gud. There are two hotels just in front of each other new building is preferably gud. Food quality for a frequent traveller like me is very good because I prefer home type food. For spicy food lovers u can get so many restaurants around this hotel.

The hotel is in Siliguri, India. Small but neat and clean. AC and non-AC rooms are available. Price is normal. Very good service. Runs by very dedicated owners. Now tjey are extending their business. New building is already started entertaining guests. Love the place. Security is quite convincing. Very close to the main road but little bit far from the shopping malls like new market, hong kong market, big bazar, city center, vega, bus stand etc. But you can find an auto all the time from here. Overall fantastic.

Really liked my stay. Was a bit hiccup when we had to leave at 6.30am and prepare since 5am but there was no water. Thankfully, the person at the Reception even at that hour started the motor. The place is convinient and rooms are posh.

The location is really good as well with a nominal rent price.

Good place to stay at Siliguri. Hotel staff & room quality was good. They have helping minds. Room fare is good based on room & service.

Room was good but bad bad service (forget service, they dont even provide towel, yeah they do provide stained pillows which they cover up well!) with rotten poo smelling bathroom; burnt a pack of agarbati! Was supposed to stay for 3 nights but the pathetic attitude and dirt made us compelled us only 1.won't recommend at all.

Best Hotel in Siliguri's Prime location within Budget. Service and Food both are very good, well maintained, rooms and bathrooms are well cleaned

Good place for overnight stay. Staff behavior is okay. Food is okay. You can find non AC triple bedroom at 990/- Only! The best thing about this hotel is they offer you complimentary newspaper and the location. This hotel is situated at 2mins walking distance from Siliguri to Kolkata bus depot & many restaurants and food stall are there. All kinds of transport service are available near at this hotel.

ফেরার পথে শিলিগুড়ি জংশন স্টেশনে নেমে হোটেল সস্টেক থাকতে পারেন এখানে খাবার পাওয়া যায়, বা বাইরে থেকে খেতে পারেন।

Horrible staying here, gaureented misbehavior by manager, don't visit here because they r using a child labour below 10 year as a staff.when he took us to the room to show, hotel staffs were sleeping in the room, and corridor, in corridor almost next to the doors of all the rooms, it is very horrible and unsafe.imagine staffs are sleeping​ outside ur door in a hotel.it's the scene there, when I asked to change the bedsheets one attendant said its clean only last night staff sleep on it, geezer was not working when complained to the reception, manager started misbehaving and said there is no staff right now I can't do anything before 7: 30 because all room attendants are slipping, don't bath now, I had my exam from 8: 30 and gate closes before half n hour, you have to take bath when manager want, they were not​giving bill by there own, checkout ho Gaya ab jaao, then we asked for the bill.ther was not any manager to check you out before 7: 00, an another guest was there on reception for checkout he had a flight at 9.but nobody was on reception counter, he was angry and reapetadly saying I will miss my flight please call someone to check me out.during checkout the manager misbehaved with us and said you have id of other state don't visit here again mr manager u cant say that mind your language.they don't want guest from other state because rooms are filled by staffs, worst experience ever had.

Good Hotel. People coming for official work can stay here. Food quality is very good. Value for money.
