Stayed for over 10 days. 0 value for money. The service in this hotel is pathetic to an extent where i stopped expecting any service. Nobody knows anything. Worst customer service. The housekeeping enters rooms without permission, forgets basic...

Fantastic location, Professional services but condition of the rooms are not up to the mark.

Food quality was the best as usual, only thing was that the floor was a bit dirty and while very less ppl were there, staff members were busy gossiping. But it was worth a visit.

Very good experience, highly satisfied with the quality of food and the staff behaviour was very good, specially Subhas Barman, he is very polite, and served us well.

Rooms, services, staff behaviour, amenities everything was good.
If the rooms have a balcony and the price was a little bit cheaper then i must say the hotel was perfect.

One of the best hotel near New Market area with buffet breakfast. Staffs are friendly. Budget friendly hotel specifically for business stays. Also room service is very good.

Bedsheets and pillow were seem to be used. Out side the bathroom was no doormet. No towel, no morning tea was served. On the whole I repented for booking the hotel.

One of th best bars in Chandni chowk area. Truly a hidden gem. Food is great, ambience is excellent and there's always some form of offers running. The smoking area is to die for.
