Very good experience, highly satisfied with the quality of food and the staff behaviour was very good, specially Subhas Barman, he is very polite, and served us well.
The people are great here. My dad got sick while we were staying here, they were so helpful immediately rushed us to hospital. Mr salauddin was also helpful. The service was absolutely awesome. Although when we first entered room, it smelled of cigarettes and the toilet smelled the whole time. But the workers were extremely kind and helpful

Been there for a night. Only con I could think was approach road is screwed up. Didn’t c a bar though. Near to the airport. Excellent food. Beautiful rooms. Courteous staff. Will definitely go back there
My 15-day stay at this hotel was exceptional. The staff provided warm and professional service throughout, and the room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The complementary breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Highly recommended for a memorable stay.
Howard Johnson is a very beautiful building which is in Newtown, I went to give an interview to Indigo, the hotel was good, there is a lift facility inside too. First of all, the security there did their job very well, they had good behavior, so I gave feedback about them. Total is six floors here and both stairs and lift are available there is a good hall and the inside side was also very nice clean and very nice everything was beautiful hotel. AK TRAVEL VLOGGERS
I stayed in this hotel on 22.10.2021. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Please give your staff awards! Overall, I had a great experience with the staffs especially Ms. Sayani saha was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great.
If Wyndham continues with the same, then we would not be able to visit again. AC not working properly, floor was wet, rooms were smelling because of no proper ventilation. Overall it was a bad experience with Wyndham.
If you visited the same hotel at Bangalore then the counter part of kolkata will certainly disappoint you. Overall it is a neat and clean place. A little bit difficult to find out. The queen size bed is enough for two but not for three.
Dont choose this hotel. It was a extremely bad experience. The hotel was asking for double price as we were half an hour late for check out. We checked in late and still they charged us extra.it was 2450 on booking.com n had to pay 3000 at the hotel. Strongly don't recommend this hotel. Dont choose this hotel
Old hotel taken over by H&J. If you order food in room they push for instant payment. No system of food bill added with room. Reception is good. But the rooms and interiors was old.
Very well behaved and polite staffs. The manager Mr. Sumitava is a humble person. We booked table thru discount coupon but there was no compromise on quality and service. Although there was a delay in Biryani serving but no complains, considering the service in total. Strongly recommend.
The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to airport, perfect for a stay during your layover! A bit pricey though the rooms and food quality is just okay!
The hotel is nice but the entrance still remains the tricky point.took me 30 mins and 4 turns to find out the exact entry point. One suggestion never order biryani as you will regret.
The entire staff was so excellent and well mannered. Especially the house keeping staff Trishna and pappu, they were amazing and marvellous. They work in a professional manner with a smily face. Keep it up
Everything about this hotel is pathetic. Rooms are dirty not cleaned properly.bedsheets have loads of stains.no tissues in the toilet.toilets are dirty as well.view out of window.the whole hotel has a very depressing atmosphere.

UNSAFE FOR WOMEN UNTIDY AND UNCLEAN MY ALL MONEY GOT WASTED COULDNT EVEN STAY FOR 15 MINS HAD TO CHECKOUT IMMEDIATELY There was no response from housekeeping and reception inspite of yelling them that room isn't clean There were weird people all around the hotel staring at me It was really bad I couldn't stay for even 15 mins Had to checkout

The hotel staff is very cooperative, there was a small dent on my table in my room, when I asked about that, they immediately changed and upgraded my room. Special thanks to Mr. Surajit Singh and his team and the receptionist is also very cooperative and nice

I Visited this place on yesterday They provide us a very poor room with small Toilet, Giving a bad experience in 4 star hotel like this, Am very very disappointed tv was not working when i complain the service man come to check why the Tv is not working, when the staff ring a bell i open the door and saw that he get the Dish tv box he trying to install but the wire was not worked any more after 30 min he again came with the cable and install it successfully but when i check the channel the 4 star hotel was not recharge there setupbox they only Run some free channels in there setup box nothing else alright now the room ac is stuck with the card board, i called the restaurant no which provides from hotel once i called a lady was picked up my call and when i ask what Dish you have for lunch she told me there is only two dishes only fish curry and tadka when i Asked her that is there any chicken items like tandoori and chicken tikka she said no sir no chickens are provided by us.also wifi is not good enough.wow what a good service me and my girlfriend was very upset and angry so i Was check out on evening.they have so much formalities to check in but the service i got in Rs. 2200 totally waste.i like to abuse the hotel receptionist and Shout in the hotel facade area but i was control my self.and what he said When i check in hotel receptionist said sir you have to paid 2200 i said yeah fine but when i paid him after the all formalities he said sir i give you a normal Room when you come into our hotel again we gave you the premium Room what the xxck was happen yesterday i was so much angry, i want to Grab the hotel receptionist colar want to try a big hand punch on his face.xxck off Howard johnson They scam you.
Rasmi Sen is a very sweet girl, her work is very good, her manner of talking to people is very good, she takes care of the customer in a very good way, according to me, her post should be from the manager, she is a very good girl.
Really good place to stay. The rooms are great, so is the behaviour and hospitality of the staff. No hassle whatsoever. Very cooperative people here. I particularly loved their breakfast buffet.
Definitely not less than a 5 star or I can go beyond it. A true sense & example of hospitality shows here. Starting from front desk person Sukanto, till Admin incharge Debrojyoti. A perfect example of stunning job. I am really thankful and cherished with their staff behaviour. Also, would like to thank Asif, Ayushman Dutta who take care of my each and every food requirements and details and provide me super delicious food round the clock.
This is one of the best property to stay, along with well stabilized amenities, and the best staffs, specially best institutional trainies. The best effort I received from rithjani basu, a young traine with smiling face, full efforts to keep you smile.
I was stayed there for two nights and we find that hotel's room & the facelities are good but the bathroom of the deluxe room category are extremely poorly designed by the hotel as whenevr you enter or exit from the bathroom everytime you touched the toilet comode as ther is no enough space to move freely.this is very annoyning.if you wish to avoid this situation you have to take extra caution and inconveniently move to exit. There should be a sliding door system to make space.
Next the food quality is extremely poor, we have taken two days its complimentory breakfast and it was unplatabale and the same story with the food we ordered for room services, hotel cheff does't know the art of basic cooking.even we get a better food on the street vendoors.only the good part of the hotel is its extremely good and well trained courtioues staff. Room air conditioners need to repair to provide effeciant cooling. We felt hot while covering ourself.
However due to its poorly designed bathroom and bad food, I will not book this propety in future.
