Just 10 days ago I puchased a laptop.my shopping experience was good, but after that I hv realised that I am not getting any support from them.within 5 days my machine is making trouble.power button does not work properly. I asked the shop to fix it, they suggested to contact service centre, but the service centre is not supporting properly.they only arrange troubleshoot one after another but no replacement. If I would purchase this from Amazon, then it would provide 10 days replacement atleast. It's worthless.
Most third class quality of product, after DOA they gave me a new laptop but there is same problme, and after selling product the store could not help you anything about your product, and also miss guide you. Totaly worst and bery bad experience. Do not go to this store, time of selling product they forced you to write rivew. And after that they could not help you nothing

The salesman on duty was very rude and impolite. He throwed tantrums while showing the product. The laptop which I had gone to purchase for Rs 58,000/-, couldn't be bought due to the very rough and rude behaviour of the salesman. First he insisted that I carry Rs58000 in liquid cash and was wanting to know several times, whether I have the required cash to make the necessary payment. He was insisting me to make the payment, even before I had the look of the laptop. Very disrespectful behaviour towards the customers.

Enquired about HP 2676 Printer, where HP Website is showing the price of Rs. 5599/- they are asking the price as Rs. 6800/- which is Not At All Acceptable from a Brand Store

The location is incorrect, the shop is inside the lake mall. They even don't deserve any star. Very poor service provided here.

I had a bitter experience in this shop. Firstly it was a daunting task searching this shop due to incorrect map location and address. Phone number was incorrect and no one picked the phone. Secondly when I finally got the shop (Lake Mall), the salesman was not willing to get up from his chair to show me the laptop. He was busy entering bill data on his computer. I walked out of the shop and he didn't stop me. Decided not to go there again.
