Situated at lower Sittong area with wonderful view. Good food and stay. Neat and clean rooms. All the employees try to serve you even better than you expect.
We stayed during our North east tour in April 23. The homestay was booked by an agent. The location is very bad, nothing around.
The rooms, service and food is not upto the mark and we did not have a good stay experience as expected.
The homestay is not well maintained and the room does not have basic amenities like drinking water, dustbins and mosquito repellent. The bathroom had cockroaches.
It is in lower Shitong. Location is not good. Room quality is also not so good. Behavior of owner (Pranay Chetri) is very bad. They don't provide biscuits with tea. They have shop, you have to purchase. They give drinking water in used old plastic bottles. They provide water after repeated reminder. Please, don't go for this home stay.
Very nice place to stay. People here are very friendly and helpful. Service was very good. Rooms &rest rooms were clean, well maintained and equipped with all the basic facilities. The beauty of nature from the balcony or just from outside of the homestay.
Situated at remote place of Sittong beside village road. It having two floors and Six rooms for visitors. We stayed here for two nights. Geysers available, but one have to asked to staff to switch on. Food quality is very bad. Ground floor rooms are quite ok. Fly and insects a avilable in day and night. It is adjacent to a little grocery shop for daily needs.
We stayed there for 2 nights last week.location is good bt food is very bad.same menue for 2 days.breakfast is very bad.cold puries served.no local foods are given.
Humro homestay has a tie up with Titus Chhalamkyong Homestay situated in Sittong. Affordable and homely. Food is good especially the momos & tea! Had a pleasant stay thanks to the lovely hosts!
I think one of the best homestay in Sitting. It's really fabulous. Good testy food and amazing views. And most important thing is behaviour, it is homely.
Please note it is from my personal experience. Honestly the food was tasteless, no local delicacy like Momo / thukpa was served which is a big thumbs down. Hospitality is very bad, no warm welcome which was very upsetting, the crockery served for eating either dirty and broken with food stains, we made continuous follow ups for providing us evening snacks and tea which was given in less quantity. I am a vivid traveller and prefer homestay than hotel but unfortunately this time I got disappointed.
We stayed here for 2 days. The hill view room amazed us most. The homestay belongs chetri family. Homely atmosphere. Food was delicious with local 'teekha mirchi'. Perfect holiday spent with chetri family. They increase our comfort during the holiday.thanks.
