The service is okayy but the food quality is not that good it's too expensive according to the quality and taste of the food. The chicken was frozen it's clearly understandable that the chicken is not fresh. I would recommend to visit dhakeshwari.

We ordered a chicken biryani and Reshmi kebab.
The kebab was not that good. But the biryani was tasteful.
Overall

First and foremost we got fooled by the name itself as a literary nomenclature gave out an impression that Bengali dishes and thalis would be served here. However, traditional Bengali platter is not on their menu card. Then, on our arrival there was no one around to greet or cater to us. The Manager walked up after some time. The food quality was not upto the mark. It was too spicy and oily but tasteless. The veg item comprising paneer tasted stale although it was served hot. The electricity connection was disrupted for about 10 mins, during which time the generator back-up was not working and it was extremely uncomfortable inside. Moreover, payment through card facility was not available. Overall, not a satisfactory experience.

Nice ambience, a little expensive as per the food provided, but overall good place to try Bengali Cuisine, and if you want to experience some new taste for your pallete

Food: It was served cold, was not upto the mark, the mutton was just horrible and it was not even completely cooked. The size of each fish finger was completely rubbish and it was absolutely tiny. Every item lacked flavour and taste. Even the simple steamed rice was coated with ghee and oil which my father could not eat as he is a patient. There were no veg options, or fish or egg curry options or basically anything which someone who doesn't eat meat could have with pulao or rice.

Ambience: They had no proper management and there were countless people who were leaving the restaurant unfed because the food took forever to be served. It was crowded and no proper management was present to tackle that at all. The tables, chairs, cutlery etc were unclean. Our table didn't have simple salt and pepper. Salt was giver to us in a paper cup that too after we asked for it.

Behaviour: The staff was simply ignorant and no proper steps were taken to either check the quality of the food or even to deliver the orders at a proper pace. There was mismanagement everywhere and we had to almost ask 5 to 6 times for our food to be served. Even after that it took 50 min sharp to be served.
We were told that they didnt have any thalis, but we could see people aho came AFTER us being served the same. Upon confronting they apologised and we had to reorder everything which took additional time again.

It was a complete chaos. The food, the staff, the ambience, the management, cleanliness, everything was just too disgusting to tolerate and there were countless people who were leaving due to the late service.

The ambience is very soothing, the owner and staff behavior is awesome. The quality and taste of food is really mouthwatery. Must visit this place.

Main attraction of this dine in facility is ambience. Lots of thought has gone into it and it really does provide a enriching experience. Whole theme is based out of Sukumar Roy’a creation ‘Abol Tabol ‘. Now coming to dine in experience, I would rate it as good. Food was tasty except their special pulao item which was overflowing with ‘Meetha Atar’ which is not at all a pleasant experience. Rest of the items were good especially chicken main dishes. Only one server was there. He was managing everything so it was little bit time consuming. I would recommend this restaurant for any family or friends dinner without any hesitation.

Ambience is quite good. Suitable for station trip. But here comes the main thing.service is poor and food taste (taken hakka noodles) is just not satisfactory at all.price is too much according to food taste

Chicken preparations are not up-to-the-mark.fish dishes and mutton preparations are good. Chicken preparations need improvement both in quality and taste. Food quantity is Good. One can easily take 1 by 2 to reduce food wastage. Ambience is excellent and there is no seat problem at present

Worth of money and mood.

The food was average and we had pulao which was totally uneatable, the starters were also not upto the mark and only good thing is the portion was enough for a person. The ambience was also not so good. Overall I would not recommend anyone to spent your money there.there are other good options out there also

We ordered two plate biriyani (one chicken one mutton) and one plate reshmi kebab.
Overall food is good. But the pieces of mutton are below average.

If you visit Kalyani, do not miss this authentic yet budget-friendly restaurant with mouth watering delicacies. The interior and the ambience is beautiful. We would love to go back there again sometime.

The location of the restaurant is very good. The staffs are very courteous. As today was Maha Asthami so the the place was over crowded. We had to wait for 15 mins for a table. We had Chicken and Mutton dum biryani, butter naan, paneer butter masala and chicken kosha. The food tasted great and quantity was sufficient. They also offer buffet option but we did not opt for that. Overall, the restaurant is highly recommended in kalyani area.

Overall experience was very good, the service and ambiance was quite satisfying, loved it.

There is almost no restaurant in kalyani which serves "pure veg" food.and by pure veg I mean it.even the big names that have recently launched in kalyani is unable to provide pure veg food.which may be a necessity sometimes esp.during pujas and some festivals.this is the only restaurant in kalyani who serves "pure veg" (on instant order) along with there other delicacies.the staffs are very much well behaved and sober and always ready for service.although I don't have any pictures (will add later) to upload bt overall it was a great experience
