Ibiza resort is a good place for anyone looking for a spot outside of noisy city life to unwind & rejuvenate in the lap of nature. The pond offers water sports, rope climbing, few other sports activities too.children will definitely love it, rates are genuine to avail the tickets.
Beside Ibiza, there is a premium villa community known as AquaVille.a must walk around to expreince the blissful and healthy living culture.
Location are great, over all excellent staff and food. I stayed in club room those are amazing. I enjoyed a lot here, ust visit place near the city with all amazing packages.
Nic place food was too much expensive rest was ok but it could be better with more activities in there as what they provide at so high rate are easily available in good apartment with pocket friendly rates
Amazing resort, great hospitality and very good service. Location is nice, property is beautiful. Special mention of Avirup and Tanmay at the Front Office and Baburam in the Kitchen. Must visit place, away from hustle and bustle of city, definitely a great time and place with family.
Room wall are damp.rooms are spacious and in good location. Room washrooms are a bit smelly.
Swimming pool is the main attraction.but would be better if rented swimsuits are available.so please bring your own swimsuits or you have to buy one.
Worst part is the food.although every kind of food are present.they are tasteless.even with less salt.i rate only one foor food. Ambience is excellent and staffs are helpful
Overall have to work very hard.to get a 5 star rated hotel.
Well. A well deserved mention here. Even in this pandemic the way they have managed the crowd is amazing. Well maintained property. Quite a decent one. 7500 for a basic room per night for a couple including all three meals. Quite a decent proposal. But one thing, this is winter green rooms. Little out of the main lush green area. You want to stay inside the beauty, the room rates and room names are different. Check it out from the property while you enquire. This is an important point definitely. A decent set up. Superb pool. Well designed activity list. If I talk about food. Really good spread. Try it out. I think it will be a good break.
The nirvana rooms could have been better. The AC was not working, found small cockroaches on the bed, mosquitoes hovering over my head in the swimming pool area, intercom telephone was not working.
A place with touch of class and culture everywhere. Picturesque landscape, well maintained rooms, decorated conference facility. The lawns, gardens, lakes are proffessionally maintained.
The best one is the swimming pool, offering a whole day pure leisure.

This place is amazing for one whole day out. Since I'm from Kolkata that's why I didn't stay there at night but I really enjoyed the whole day package they are providing. Buffet meals are most amazing deals they are offering. Many delicious varities are there for Lunch from paneer to chicken, mutton, fish, & continental like pasta, noodles, (others breads, ice cream, sweets, salad etc.) everything you want. Evening snacks are also mouth watering like mini pizza, tea, coffee icecream etc. Due to covid few outdoor games are unavailable but still You will get enough like cycling, boating, archery, badminton etc. Indoor games are also available like carrom, chess, pool etc. Ambience is outstanding. Every single sight will please you definitely. Have fun.
Beautiful place.must go if you're looking for a lavish day outing or a weekend getaway. Food menu was very limited for non veg but we still had a great day! Must go!
Expensive restaurant at such a remote place. But yes, the ambiance is nice. They have billiard, table tennis, and others games court. Pool is there.rooms are nice. But looking at westbengal cost of living and such a place very far away from city, it is really expensive.
Food quality was verry downgrade, please check before booking rooms or in day out plan. Property is very nice to stay but the quality of food was worst I ever fealt.
Went with family and friends last week for couple of days. Stayed in Nirvana. We had a great time. Highly influenced with the service, place and specially spread of food. I recommended this place for neatness, greenery and peace.
Main restaurant is under maintenance, one bar cum restaurant is operational, where you basically get cold food. Employees are over knowledgeable and make you feel uncomfortable. The whole property looks like a haunted house, needs some serious maintenance. I understand it's lockdown effect. Oh ya I received 3 bills just for a drink and an appetizer, which was really annoying. But I was told it's their standard. Anyway they don't have any standard. When we pay premium price for a product we must get premium product, not a live bug in my food.
Overall it was a good experience. As a resort, it is right upto the mark. But food quality was not that good. Need to be more careful regarding covid protocol.
The exotic place to stay. Bathroom still needs a lot of improvement in terms of new water closet. The view from balcony was amazing. The worst part is opening the door. It doesn't get opened easily. You have to wait for min 5 mins to open the door. Hospitality is really great. Tariff should be bit less i think.
The property overall is very well maintained, but the room I booked, room no 102 was very shabby and ill maintained. The pillow covers were torn, the blanket covers were torn, there were damp in the walls and smelled so bad. The food quality was average and too overpriced. I expected a much better room for the price I paid. The room costed me approx 6K and the room I got was not at all upto the mark. I'm attaching the photos here with my review. Moreover the TV was not working, neither was the basic extension phone. The room service people did not take back the food plates and the entire room smelled of food the whole night, although I had called the room service several times. I would request Ibiza to improve the quality and room maintenance.
Very good place to hangout and staycation these days.not too far from Kolkata. Due to lockdown restrictions few activities are closed like main restaurant, spa, gym, swimming pool, adventure sports.but you can relax in landscape garden across natural lake. In fact good to be less crowded and breath fresh air these days. BAPS swaminarayan temple not far from this place, although it was closed when we visited in June end. Raichak Ganges can also be 1hr drive way.
Overall I will give rating of 6/10, the landline n the TV wasn't working, after complaining for several times, finally the repairer came, repaired but was of no use, all the channels were of paid ones, could access ONLY BENGALI CHANNELS (ADVERTISMENT ONES), food is great, savory n hygienic. Even there was no paper towel in the bathroom. The worst part is opening the door, even switch board in the room was broken, very delayed service in everything, all types of beer except kingfisher ultra was missing. View is amazing, just stupendous.many indoor games are there but most of them are not included in the package. It costed ₹7500 for one day (includes three times food, badminton, chess, basketball)
A beautiful place for a family trip or a group trip. The view is lovely, the decoration is outstanding. I specially loved the view of the backyard. It has a small dancing area which makes it better than the other resorts which usually have swimming pool only. This place contains a beautiful garden, a place for playing games, television to watch, clean washrooms, royal aura and last but not the least a swimming pool. Overall my experience in Ibiza was really nice. I will suggest you to give this place a visit with your family.
A disgusting experience. Room were not cleaned enough. No maintenance. Management is very poor. They didn't even apologize. Even after complaining to the reception multiple time they didn't respond. A total mismanagement, didn't expect from a resort like fern group.
Amazing place with both indoor and outdoor activities. So refreshing. Went there post 2nd lockdown and trust me had so much fun those 2yrs staying at home and craving to go out just vanished.
