Course content is good. Faculties are really knowledgeable and teach every students properly. But placement cell of this institute is not good at all.course fee is too high and additional charges like student code blocking fee, Installment penalty fee and others charges are there which is not told by the councellor at the time of admission. Overall my experience towards the institute is Average.

I took admission back in January 2019. According to my experience, the course fee is too high according to the skills and knowledge they give after admission. During admission time, they will promise you so many things. But after admission, nothing will be the same as before. My experience in ICA as a CIA+ student: Cons: 1. You will get so many messages for your monthly instalments that you’ll get irritated. 4-5 times a day or more for 7-8 days continuously. 2. They will not pay attention to you if you are taking your class or not, if you are facing any issues or not. After admission, nothing matters to them. Till admission ICA will run after you & after admission till certificate & job you have to run after ICA. 3. It’s been more than a year since I completed my course, but I have not received my certificate yet. After continuous follow-ups, they are just responding with the term "Time lagega. " How much time will it take them to provide a certificate for this course? 4. The placement team is also not very strong because they cheated me in some way, and now when I bring it up, I get no response. Pros: 1. Some of the subject faculties are good enough that we get good knowledge from them

Poor Service. Due to Covid, I enrolled for Online Tally Course. It's more than 6 months they are not conducting online exams. Its hampering my job life.
It’s probably one of the worst institutes I have ever been to. The teachers can’t teach and none of them can speak good English. They expect everyone to know either Bengali or Hindi. What do you do when someone doesn’t know either of these languages? How come the management didn’t take this little aspect into consideration? I mean, this is ridiculous. Leaving aside the classes and all, when it’s time for the monthly payment, that are like waiting to draw away money and are always complaining. Once I had paid the amount online and they call me within two days and tell me that the money isn’t sent in their account. Then I proved them with the receipt and all, still they refused and didn’t accept their faults. How can an institution be so irresponsible? After a week or so, they gave me an excuse saying that there were some problems in their bank/s. I didn’t want to argue any further for that I had to except their lies. They thought they got me on that, but rather it was the opposite. This is just with me, I have also heard/overheard students complaining about other stuff related to the institution. I really hope this complain reaches out to many and they should know the sad reality of today’s world. People are just gobbling away money and not inculcating good education into the students. I really wish this type of education system changes not only in West Bengal but all over India. Thank you
