India Florist Network - Send Flowers to India Online on the Same Day

I was so desperate in sending sympathy flowers without adequate research I ended up sending through this site.
Below is my experience
1. Delivery was not on time.
2.product sent was of poor qyality from what was ordered.
3. Site payment through had issues
4. Need to know patience to chase them.
5. Will I order next time- No
6. Will I recommend- No

I ordered a nice orchid bouquet for my moms birthday
They delivered cheap quality rose bouquet.

Please do not do business with them. I should have read the reviews before ordering. I live in the US and placed an order of flowers and fruits from this site, they charged me $47. Within 15 mins of ordering as I was browsing I came across reviews for this company - they were all terrible, so I decided to get in touch with them on whatsapp to cancel my order, this all happened within 30 mins of placing the order. I got a response saying that the order was canceled. 2 days later my family receives the flowers and fruits, and I see my cc is charged for the money. I reach out to them, they still insist that the order has been cancelled. The local vendor who delivered the flowers and fruits then call my family to say that they havent been paid and asks my family (ie the recipients) for money! They tell them that your company has charged a lot more and that they would only charge Rs 1500, less than half of what I paid. And I didnt even get a chance to talk about the products, they were decent quality from the local vendor but the images on the website is deceptive, the fruit basket is not at all similar to what was delivered and is definitely not worth the price they charged for it.

Such a worst experience. Never seen such a bad services. From last three days they r telling me they deliver the order but still it is not delivered. It's a order for holi and they still can't deliver the order after holi.

I ordered a month ago my money was taken 2nd day but no order delivered no confirmation was sent to me.the number given for help does not work.emailed them many times but no one has got back to me.absolutely disgusting service! It’s a scam DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

We placed an order of fruits basket nd that is suppose to delivered today. Nothing is delivered, nobody is picking up d calls, website login is not working. Its definitly fake site. M going to complain cyber cell.

I don't want to give any stars to this business, but as I can't submit review with out selecting any stars I selected ONE star. It is worst service. I placed Rakhi for brother who is in Quatar, while placing order it showed the delivery date but it didn't get delivered. No one answers call and very rude response for the query submitted.

Very very disappointing service.

I placed an order on 29.09.19 for a fruit basket worth 764 rs. The order did not reach toll date and the florist told me that he will not be able to process the order and refund me the money with in 72 HRS ON 1.10.19. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND TILL DATE.

Looks like a scam. I placed an order on the 25th of jan and nothing delivered yet. I am calling for a cancellation and refund and no one seems to be answering via email or phone. Is this even legit that the site is up and after reading the reviews looks like i am not gonna find these people to get my refund

Is there any way to file a legal complaint against them?
They are doing fraud online business. I ordered items and paid money through netbanking.
The money got deducted and they neither gave order number and nor received any call.

Customer service is poor! But loved the product
1. On time delivery
2. Fruit basket full of wholesome fruit
3.without paper more of fruits
4.beautiful

My order which I placed on 14 August which was promised to reach on 15 August is not reach yet so please help me out

Very worst experience no response for the call or email. Still in not sure where my order is? Will it get delivered

I would rather not give these people a single star. My fiance had her birthday last week and so I ordered few chocolates which they promised to deliver the same day.
Later I got an email from Lokhnath Goshal (order Process Department) saying that they can't deliver the order the same day. I understood and asked them to cancel my order and since them I haven't heard from them, I have already emailed them 3 times and no reply yet, gave them a call which never got connected.
Money deducted and never came back of course!

Stupid, incompetent people. Neither attend calls nor reply to the email. Why is this website even valid? It should be shut down.
