Customer service is really bad. They did misguide us when we asked for Mishtidoi. They gave mangoe flavored yogurt which we didn’t even ask for.

All is good but the behavior of a staff is very rude even if he tells the customer politely, maybe it will be reconciled but he behaves like the owner of the shop or the grandpa who sits in the main branch above them, only one staff above them all...

I ordered khandvi yesterday through Swiggy. The mustard seeds on top of the khandvi were burnt. It is wrong of the restaurant to send burnt food and charge the customer.

Good selection of sweets but some of them (soft sandesh, gulab jamun etc) are often delivered sour/stale. Better to order durable sweets like laddu, barfi, halwa etc.

Received gurer rosgolla today very hard, difficult to believe same delivered from Reputed Balaam Mullick.
