40 mins of ads during interval.you pay to watch the movie, you buy food from them at ridiculous rate. And you watch 40 mins of ad of kachha baniyan.

Seats of quest Inox are not that comfortable. They show advertisement in the interval for 30minutes

The theatre is okay. The F&B charges are hilarious. A half glass (less than 100ml) coffee comes for ₹170! There should be some kind of embarrassment for the owners to charge such exorbitant prices. And one is forced to eat since outside food is not allowed and you one is bound to feel hungry in a 3-hr long movie! Such extortions!

Very good multiplex.good ambiance. Excellent place to watch movies. Insignia is very comfortable. Sound quality and picture quality are awesome. Can go to this place again and again to watch wonderful movies.

Such a shame to keep people waiting for hours in advertisement. As if people don’t have value for their time. Please stop this nonsense and respect time of public who pay for the movie not for the advertisement.

Inox Quest Mall Box office staff mis behaving with there customers and his So called Manager Mr Chinranjit Save his Staff. When customers asked to apologise what they done then Mr Chiranjit is saying that it is our protocol we can’t say staff name, his staff is saying to the customer ‘Maine boldiya ke counter closed hogya h’ When we saying where is the hoarding of ‘Counter Close’ very poor service of Inox quest mall box office unexpected.

Worst ticket counter person ever he don't have manners how to talk with guest.
Today we went to buy ticket he came and said counter is closed without any closed notice. When we asked him he said counter is closed which means counter is closed rudely without any notice and said and went back to his office and switched off all lights.

Experienced the X screen for the first time and it was incredible, worth the money. But there should be a facility of free drinking water inside the Inox.

Good movie theatre. Sound quality is good. Screen quality is good. Seat arrangement is good. Workers are helpful.

Inox (quest mall) in a good place. Communication is good. Stuffs are so friendly, helpful and experienced. Auditoriums are pretty much vacant now (april 2021). But still good.

The theatre gives you full vibes. Also they clean the couches during intervals. I'm only concerned if it's their practice in front or they manage it before the start of any movie. Else, great experience!

Security was in place as always with polite and courteous behaviour. Except the part where they told that we have to carry our 25+ kgs shopping bags inside the theater by ourselves which was quite off putting.
The theater was sanitized and clean with sparse people in the theater. 9 people to be exact!

Good movie viewing experience in INOX Quest Mall. Ambience is very nice and the halls are well sanitised before every show. Food options are very limited within the Inox premises and outside food is not allowed.

There was no seating area in case you got tired from window shopping.
The mall is great at the end of the day.

The movie was great but I guess I wasn't ready for movie theaters in India.a very graphic pre-show before the movies includes a horrifying story about "Stop Acid Attack" and showed multiple women victims holding before pictures of themselves.next was a "drive safe or else" short movie showing people getting killed in motorcycle vs.car accidents.now there is a 30 minute commercial break where I've been asked by 3 different employees for my order.and the commercials are screaming loud.

A better movie experience. Sound system and the ambience are good. The screen I visited was quite big and nice viewing experience. Snacks could be placed with a better pricing. Over all the experience was good. Family and friends can enjoy as they watch.

This Inox cinema hall is situated in Quest Mall. This is a luxarious cinema hall. The hall is just sueerb. In this Mall there is a normal inox part. There is 4 screen and an Insignia part which is costly royal and luxarious.

Lovely experience, great theatre! Though food bar can have a tad more sophisticated menu, otherwise great!

Slowest food service counters, constantly annoying delivery boys inside the theatres, awful labeling of seating so usually you'd find someone else in your seating. Food is way overpriced and extremely low quality. Usually stale popcorn even if its fresh.

Now for the theatre experience, acoustics are off sometimes too loud and often too low. Interval advertisements take 30 minutes. This is the usual experience of Inox.

One of the most beautiful mall of Kolkata. Interiors are beautiful. Top brands like Gucci, burberry, rolex present. Clean and hygienic environment. Friendly and courteous staffs

Comfortable, cozy and wonderful. The movie screen is great as well. In my opinion, the food they offer at Inox, can be better in terms of both quality and quantity.

One of the best inox I have been to. Interior is so beautiful and the inox logo with mirror is so famous spot for every selfie guys. Screen quality is good and audio is good too. This place is very clean and beautiful. Dear should be little more comfortable. You don't have to go to buy food if you need things they will bring that for you. Though food price are high.

Good experience except the length of advertisement before and during the intervals of a movie. PVR scores slightly higher in my opinion.

It's one of the best movie theatres in Kolkata. I enjoy movies along with my family and friends on weekends. Though ticket prices are high on weekends.

Inox is always a favorite destination to watch movies for everyone and this one in Quest mall is awesome. Huge multiplex with four screen and nice lounge. Very clean and well maintained wash room. A huge food court and fine dine restaurants are adjacent with this multiplex on level four. Overall a very good experience.

This movie hall is quite nice. It has good sound quality featuring Dolby atmos. Seats are very cosy and clean. Foods available in food corner of the hall are also nice.

Nice theatre with superb sound and decent screen. Foods and beverages are overpriced as in most cases. Seats should be a little more comfortable. Eye catching decoration in the lobby will not fail to please you.

Nice place if you want big theatre experience. Visit with family and friends. Prices of food are on the up side though. So i rubbed of 1 star. Otherwise all is well.

The front seats were very low. If the seats are that low that customers will have neckache then the aesthetics should be improved I guess.

Comfortable sitting arrangements. Movie experience was awesome. But their movie timing is off like crazy. And their volume management during commercial is not so good. Certain advertisements may make you deaf. Its so loud at times. Gate always opens 10 mins after mentioned time. Food is very expensive. A glass of coca cola costs 270. But loved their caramel pop corn.
