INOX - Star Mall

The sound is good but the bad thing about this Inox is that they used to advertise the advertisement for half an hour after Interval.

Our regular place while in town. Can't remember the number of times I have visited. But some points are worth mentioning.

1. Please do not bug us to buy popcorn at the box office.
2. Please be a bit faster while at the box office.
3. The popcorn/snacks counter service is too sloppy
4. Some seats need changing. Mine, last night was almost broken.

It's in star mall. It is situated between duckbunglow & madhyamgram Chowmatha. You can can enjoy movie there. They have late night show also.

Tickets are affordable but snacks are so costly. They provide 500 ml water of 70 rupees. Others items are also very costly. They don't allow any personal food items and water too.

Great ambiance but sound quality is too low also the screen is not big enough for the better experience.
Otherwise not bad.

Awesome Sound Effect. First time watching movie in Inox Star mall, (Simbha), Seat is very comfortable and comfort space between Two row of Seats as compare to Other cinema halls, All staff are Friendly Behaviour.

Best INOX experience in west bengal is INOX MADHYAMGRAM. Everything from seats, space, ambience, sound quality, screen to humble behaviour of the staff is awesome and worth praiseworthy.

Inox at Star Mall Madhayamgram opened finally on 21 December 2018. Four screens on 3rd Floor. Extremely comfy seats. Lot of leg space in front. Tasteful decor with different colours themes. Sound quality is excellent. Online ticket booking also opened along with counter booking. Box office located on ground floor courtyard area of the mall. Variety of eatables available. Number of food counters also adequate. Only thing is that Gents toilet is situated on 4th floor. You need to climb stairs from 3rd floor to reach there. Ladies and Differently abled toilets on 3rd floor itself. Tickets are priced lower than main Kolkata audis. They are not allowing to carry own water bottles inside. It is not right. This practice must be stopped. Drinking water in small bottles is sort of necessity. Almost every multiplex allows water theses days in Kolkata and other cities too. Overall a great experience. Boon for Madhayamgram and Barasat residents.

I will not compare this hall with the quality of PVR but with the other Inox branches itself.
Apart from Inox leisure /insignia, this Inox at Star Mall, Sisirkunja, Madhyamgram is arguably the best Inox experience you can get! The prices are very much affordable. Most of the ticket you will get under Rs 200 (except the Royal ones).
The leg space, the sound quality, everything will touch you! The screen is quite large and from any corner of the hall you can watch the screen quite conveniently.
Parking is free for the time now at Star Mall, so that's an added advantage. You also get some branded food names out here in Star Mall.
It is brand new and opened just recently.
Now the people of North 24 Parganas will not have to go to long distances to experience a Inox Cinematic feel!
It's better than most of the Inox es present at this moment!
Go and have a feel.
The tickets are much lower!

After waiting for so long, madhyamgram gets its own multiplex and that too INOX, no more travelling to cc2 or diamond plaza:)

I am visiting INOX after its partial reopening after almost ONE month. I watched movie (AQUAMAN) at Screen 2. Currently 4 screens have been opened. One of the auditorium will be IMAX their brand for 3D movie shows (rumour). The Screen 2 I visited looks very bright in new Red upholstery. The screens appeared to be bigger (than JAYA, ARTI) and sound quality is definitely superior. Overall improvement in the interior ambience. However, the main entrance and entrance hall being under construction, the entrance and exit is very narrow and there can be chance of stampede in case of any emergency situation. The INOX authority is compromising on visitors safety. Expect pandemonium at the narrow entrance and very basic availability of food in food court. During intetval, there was no vendor service as well.

Awesome experience at INOX madhyamgram. Brand new setup with Blue theme and comfy seats.great screen and good sound. Enjoyed being here for the celebrity welcome received from team INOX at our arrival.

Awesome theatre to enjoy movies. Amazing picture quality with great sound at cheap price. But the halls are little bit small.

Wonderful Experience. Picture Quality Like Ultra HD IPS Display & Dolby Atmos Sound System. Suggested Must Be Go.

So great. Atlast an Inox near to Madhyamgram & Barasat, waited for this so long. Hope they start online bookings like in 'Book My Show' available soon.

Nice place to watch your favourite movie.watched aquaman and booked my ticket through book my show. All the validation process before entering was smooth. Seats are good and 3D experience with 3D glasses are flawless.

Finally INOX opens its doors in Madhyamgram. The Theatre is well built with standard tech and interiors. Its all on the management to maintain it now.

This was our first visit to recently opened Inox in Star Mall Madhyamgram.service is very poor.we ordered some food at the time of interval, service boy collected money but didn't return with the order.after 25minutes we had to come out of the theater reminded them then they served it. The served momos were chilled as if it was directly served from refrigerator.very much disappointed with ur service in our first visit.not expected

Good behavior, sound quality could be improved a lot, washroom is good enough but men's washroom is not in same floor it was 3rd floor but men's washroom was at 4th floor if I'm not wrong

After quite a long wait, we have a great multiplex in Madhyamgram-Barasat region. Will be visiting today and checkout how it is.
