Today morning at 9am movie suppose to start but due to issue it started late. And whole movie screen displayed had problem. Took total 4hrs to complete due to which whole day was wasted and money too. Need action for this. Worst experience.

Really, the experience of this movie hall is mind blowing. Here you'll get Dolby Atmos as well as budget freindly tickets. I'll give full star to it.

So much add in the interval. Bored like anything. Half n hour long advertising break! Horrible.

Nice multiplex, located inside Metropolis Mall, Hiland Park area. Previously (long time ago) it was FAME, later INOX acquired this multiplex. Here ticket prices are reasonable and less in compared to other Inox multiplexes in south kolkata.

One of the worst of all Inox in Kolkata, visited on 12/07 to watch 9.45 movie on screen 2. All the seats having bugs & floor was equality dirty which reminds C grade theatre. Interval was stretched for more than 20 mins with back to back ads.

Our friendly neighbourhood Cinema Hall. We have our night shows there. Too much advertisements at times 15mins at stretch taking a portion of the screen time. INOX Minting money out of advertisements while we suffer in silence.
Ticket price is expensive. Food prices were really exhorbitant. 3D shows are really poor and should be avoided.

I went to watch Indiana Jones and the dial of destiny with my younger brother and sister but suddenly the security guard told me to show the age proof that they are 18+ or not but while booking the tickets online it was not mentioned as such or age criteria was not given. The security guard didn't allowed me to enter along with them as according to her children cannot watch this movie. I don't know what kind of nonsense behaviour is this

Great experience
Only the seats were a little uncomfortable, except that the experience was lovely

Food prices are unbelievably high. How come 450ml of soft drink costs rs300? Seats were not cleaned so they were dirty. The movie was 15 min delayed. Faced a lot of difficulties in finding our seats as the seat no.tags were either broken or scratched. The cup holder didn't work properly. AC was quite good

Visited this hall for Oppenheimer. It proves that if the seats are not good and viewing angle is bad, you suffer. Screen 3 is not maintained properly. Will not visit this hall again

Screen 1 needs repair. Seats are broken towards the back. Wasn't reclining and made sounds.

Viewing experience is great as usual. The hall and screen is larger than Cinepolis or Inox South City. Ticket and food rate is cheaper than Inox South City or Cinepolis at acropolis mall.only problem is that the hall was bit stinking.

Didn't have good experience. Went to first show at 10 am. Gates were not opened till 9: 50 am. Had to stand outside in rain for 10 minutes, punishment for reaching 10 minutes early. Escalator elevator all were closed and not running. The lights were off too. Had to walk up to top floor till Inox. We had tickets for hall 2. Seats were damp. Not all seats are reclining. It was damp (we had tickets at row B, seats didn't recline, and had dampy smell throughout). Not recommended at all.

Lots of advertisements in the beginning of movies, during interval of the movies. ACs can't be controlled!

Good sound, good ambience, reasonable, comfortable seats, variety of food available, paid parking available and yes for senior citizen lift is available.

Very bad smell came from seats and no one staff take responsiblity about ur seats and what u face.never visit this cinema
